One more legal reason to refuse to obey the law once it is passed. It is patently non demmomcratic and therefore unconstitutional. Makes a good argument in court.

It may even be a bill of attainder, we will have to see what the punishment is in it. When Republicans gain control of either house again, they should immediately exclude the Democrats from any participation.
