A caller on a C-Span interview program Monday complained about "all these Jews" having "way too much power" in America and pushing the U.S. into wars with the Muslim world. He found his comments echoed and expanded upon by the studio guest.

“Their (Israel’s) association with us is a negative for the United States. Now that’s a fact. What you want to do about that fact is entirely different. But for anyone to stand up in the United States and say that our support for Israel doesn’t hurt us in the Muslim world...is to just defy reality.”
I see. Forget about standing by our allies, forget about fighting terrorism hand-in-hand with the nation that is terrorism’s biggest victim, forget about the numerous military and scientific advances (rarely publicized) provided to the government of the United States for the protection of her people by the Israelis...in other words, let’s just forget there’s such a thing as RIGHT and WRONG, throw the Jews under the bus, so we won’t “hurt” the feelings of the Muslims.
Now there’s a foreign policy brimming with hope and change, all right, but not hope for the USA.

If I can tell an agent's politics by his public pronouncements, he doesn't belong in an agent's job.
If he speaks as an ex-agent, then all his official work in agency should be scrutinized with a large magnifying glass... all the way to the beginning.
How idiotic. Abandon the real ally we have in the middle east for muslim nations who are sending terrorists to our shores to kill us. I don’t understand the thinking of this “expert.”
It is now socially acceptable in the U.S. to be anti-Semetic, anti-Christian, and anti-military. It will get worse, far worse. On the other hand, favored groups will be protected by ever more strict “hate-crime” laws that will permit the prosecution and imprisioning of anyone who speaks ill of liberal ideals and followers.

If he is such an expert on the mohammadens then he should be aware that we have been at war with them since the founding of America and they have been at war with the West since we came in contact with them.
They consider the US their greatest threat, we are the Great Satan, Israel is merely the Little Satan.
In my book, when it comes to Islam Christians and Jews share the same boat. Israel may be first to go but they will come for us next, and our sacrificing Israel would be cowardly and do nothing to buy long term favor from Islam.
It would not be honorable, but you waste your time when you discuss honor with liberals.
I don't doubt for a moment that sacrifice is what some fools have in mind.
Claiming to be neither Christian or Jew doesn't bring favor in the eyes of Islam, this seems to be a belief held by many liberals.
