Absentee Ballots In Massachusetts On Election Day?
http://radioviceonline.com ^ | January 18, 2010 | Steve McGough

Why does one person have so many absentee ballots in MA when it should be just one per person? You would think absentee ballots would be one of those documents strictly controlled, not something a community activist would have stacks of. Except of course… Here is the video posted recently by Michelle Malkin who credits Election Journal.

Could we be seeing possible voting irregularities in the making?

Send the information to Rush, Levin, Beck, Hannity to get out over the airwaves now to expose these hacks.

You must apply in writing to the city or town clerk or election commission, either in a letter or by filling out an application form. Application forms are available at your local election office, or you may download the form at www.state.ma.us/sec/ele/eleifv/howabs.htm.

If you write a letter requesting an absentee ballot, it should include your name, address as registered, ward or precinct if you know it, address where you want the absentee ballot sent, which party ballot you want if the election is a primary (you must be registered to vote in the party you request or you must be unenrolled in any party), and your signature.

If you wish to vote absentee for more than one election in a year, you may make one application and ask that ballots for all elections in that calendar year be sent to you.

If you are unable to go to the polls on Election Day, you may go to the city or town clerk's, fill out an absentee ballot application and vote there at the same time. Ballots are generally available at the clerk's office approximately three weeks before an election.

This is the only legal way to get an absentee ballot. It is illegal to possess absentee ballots outside the election office.

Maybe the police should be notified.
This is criminal.

Yes, they must be prosecuted and either fined huge sums of money or do jail time.

There are NO absentee ballots available for this Massachusetts special election for the senate seat that was formerly occupied by Ted Kennedy.

Elections are stolen with early ballots in my area, we have to show a photo ID at the polls, and the Republicans keep a close watch on polling places where voter fraud is known to occur, there is not much control on the mail in ballots, so Acorn & the Dems take advantage of it.

Possible voting irregularities? Yes. But.........

THE GOOD NEWS IS: She was caught on camera. This tells me that the Brown Campaign, Tea Partiers and the Americans for Limited Government Foundation (working for the Brown camp to keep down voter fraud) are all doing their job well.

it needs to be clarified, are these ABSENTEE ballots or PROVISIONAL ballots?

There is an accepted system for logging and control of absentee ballots. And the deadline for submitting an absenteee ballot would have passed before today, so standing on a street corner with a stack of them would not do you any good.

This Provisional Ballot nonsense however is just rife with opportunities for vote stealing. Since you can cast it today and save the fight over whether it is legitimate till later, it creates all sorts of opportunities for Democrats to manufacture and then cherry-pick votes.

Absentee Ballots had to be in by last Friday. No election day absentee ballots will be accepted.

Steve from Radio Vice Online here ...

First, thanks to all FR readers who frequent our site.

To clarify, voters needed to pick up their absentee ballots by end of business on Friday. Ballots must be received by 8 p.m. ET today - end of the election.

They must be received by today. My point in the post was if a voter was dropping off an absentee ballot today ... he could not do that. But a “family” member CAN bring in a ballot today and deliver directly to an election official.

Absentee ballots can not be turned in to the polling place.

It is a simple thing to backdate a postal marker.
How do you think all those ‘found’ votes for Franken in the unsecured area in Minnesota were done?

I guess Robert Costa at National Review was wrong; that is where I found that info.
