Speaking at the National Prayer Breakfast, President appeals for a return to "civility" in politics. "You can question my policies without questioning my faith -- or for that fact, my citizenship," he says, a reference to those who insist Obama wasn't born in Hawaii.

Biden would do less damage, IMO.

Biden is a known buffoon. Obama is a buffoon, but is still shrouded in feigned legitimacy.

Uh-oh! First, “I am not an ideologue,” naming that very thing he is. Now, “Do not question my citizenship,” pointing directly at the very thing we should be questioning.

The man is blowing his own cover.

Obama has a tin ear. He really thinks this reference will make people sympathetic to him rather than reviving their questions.
......
bingo.

likely he saw the kos poll that showed a huge percent of republicans don’t think he a citizen or aren’t sure—and that unnerved him.

Perhaps he is so "disappointed" with being MERELY the President of the United States of America, he is asking for a way out so that he can feed his ego in another position. Something more GLOBAL ???

Just a thought....

“When the Hawaii Deputy AG refuses to confirm Fukino’s statement of Obama’s eligibility, you know there is big trouble brewing for Obama.”

That was the kicker I read. Seems that they want to come clean and not get dragged down with the ship.

Another one in agreement. He refuses to settle this issue. There are a lot of us that refuse to accept that he is legally the president because of this question. It would take 5 minutes and about $20 bucks to shut this down and at the same time make the birthers go away, IF his bc proved that he is a natural born citizen. So based on the evidence, your honor, he is NOT a natural born citizen.
My son was working on his genealogy merit badge and had to produce a long form to prove his lineage. A BOY SCOUT MERIT BADGE requires a birth certificate, but a completely unknown rookie can swoop into the presidency without the least bit if documentation? In my lifetime, the dimrats produce presidents who get progressively worse. Johnson, Carter, Clinton and now this goofball. Jeez, what will the next one be, a full blown illegal alien who hates this country and does his best to bankrupt us? Oh wait.

If he were a true believe in Chris

As a man think-us, so is he.
I do not find any Christian attributes from this man as former presides have shown.

He is a Muslim ! If “Dreams Of My Father” doesn’t prove O’S religious belief ?/ than too many have their head in the sand.

Actually, I think the issue would bring down the DNC house.

Why? If proven true he is ineligible, a cover-up/deception of massive proportions took place.

This issue has been brewing since before the election. Top DNC leaders could not deny culpability. In the chain of replacement, none could be found credible to attain the office of President. Not Biden, not Pelosi, not Reid...etc.

A few days ago there was a birther matter brought up and pressure is mounting through the courts. I have long since shrugged much of the matter off, but now that 0bama is showing his fear, perhaps the question of eligibility is legit. If he falls on this matter, he will take many others with him in his conspiracy to deceive the Nation. Indeed the question of eligibility will readily morph into potentially treason not just by 0bama, but by members of the DNC.

Now, months ago as we discussed this very scenario there was found provisions for such a case. America would not suffer through a total loss of leadership, but the pre-existing President would be reinstated until new elections could be held. In other words President Bush and VP Cheney would return to the Office to lend stability to the Nation.

Things I Believe:

1. Obama is NOT a natural-born citizen of the United States. This is a person who has lied about both his academic and civil qualifications. He is not entitled to be President, he is not fit to be President and he is a traitor to our country.

2. The War Against Terrorism can NEVER be won. Islam is a religion of violence which has as it's goal the death, subjugation, and indoctrination of every non-Muslim on the face of the earth. They are religious fanatics who will never stop their war of eradication against 'infidels.' They have been attacking Jews and Christians for thousands of years and they will continue attacking us forever.

3. It is time to bring all American troops home. To sacrifice even one more heroic American soldier to these pagan islamic devils is one too many. Iraq and Afghanistan will have to survive on their own. Such countries as Iran should be taken out immediately. The personal cost of brave American lives and the monetary costs to America are too much to bear.

However, islam should be warned. One more attack by muslims against America and we will retaliate with nuclear weapons against any terrorist state. It is either that,... or live in fear and trepidation for the rest our foreseeable lives.

Unfortunately, we are ruled by cowards and appeasers who will negotiate as we are destroyed.

“...Biden would be president instead if Obama was tossed out....”

I could live with that. Plugs is just a pure idiot. He’s not a dangerous narcisstic Marxist like Ø is. the real downside with Biden in the WH is, with no immediate VP, Nazi Pelousy is next in line of succession. THAT is not a pleasant thought.

And Ø, I can ans any da&*ed question about anything I want to. It is STILL a free country. It’s not your peronal toy where you make the rules. You work for US. WE don’t work for you.

No birth certificate presented, as every other president has done

<><><><><

Really, every other president has physically presented his birth certificate? To whom? When?

I have never heard this before. There is no Constitutional provision for the physical presentation thereof, and I am quite sincere in stating that on all the so-clled ‘birther’ threads, I cannot recall this statement ever having been made before.

I have seen NOTHING, heard of NOTHING, to indicate Obama is actually residing in the White House legitimately. EVERYTHING about him and his Administration and how they’ve conducted themselves suggests the opposite.
The reason he’s chosen to come out now and drop it casually into the middle of a sentence, when the MSM has for all intents and appearances signed off it on it permanently , is to create the aura of innocence, like Barney Frank “demanding” an investigation of Fannie and Freddie that will never happen. Look how it works: just who HAS in fact “demanded” an investigation of these Agencies that has gotten any attention in the past year except Barney Frank? Of course he’s ready to ‘concede’ some responsibility for it, but no blame, and his solution for changing it is just to reorganize, change the names, and a few of the guidelines, and pump more money into it than ever before. Fact about Obama is, that he can’t answer ANY of the deep suspicions about who he is, why his records from EVERYWHERE are STILL shrouded in mystery, and so he makes an issue of the ONE area to take the spotlight off all the others. For him to bring it up in this venue, ever so gently, ONE YEAR LATER, is above all supposed to convey just how un-seriously he takes the charge, or the suspicion, or whatever he can make it out to be.

"You can question my policies without questioning my faith -- or for that fact, my citizenship,"

Sorry to have to break it to you, Barry, but that is possible. But if there's any insinuation in your statement that we are not allowed to do both or all three, or even much more, you're quite mistaken!

A US citizen certain has the right to question all three of your assertions, particularly since all those you mentioned are supported with so little evidence that they certainly beg questioning.

Barry, your weak claims and support for your policies, faith and citizenship have many of us concerned that there are serious contradictions among all three of them. It behooves you, Barry, to lay sufficient evidence before the American people to demonstrate your claimed benevolent leadership, personal convictions, and adherence to Constitutional requirements. It is your vacillating on these points--though you clearly recognize value in making speeches and television appearances--that has given so many of us pause regarding those policies, faith and citizenship.

Your speeches and television appearances, almost always with TOTUS in tow, certainly give us the impression you have a strong desire to impress your views upon us, but why not reason with us. This is truly a technique and potential White House strategery that can win over doubters to your views and positions as no TelePrompTer can.

Lay out the evidence you use to impel your policies, faith and rights to citizenship. We truly do wish to see them. If you continue spending seven figures to lawyers to hide the evidence of things that motivate your being, we are overwhelmingly persuaded that you do not wish us to know what motivates our president.

We've seen your actions in others before, Barry. They are uniformly actions employed by liars, cheats, criminals, and people with backgrounds they need to hide lest there be untoward consquences. Those actions are speaking much more loudly than any honeyed oratory you can bounce off your TelePrompTer screens.

You stated recently that you "don't want an attitude" among citzens that would prefer to see you and your policies fail. I'll take you at your word about that, but what are you going to do about it? Will you persuade the citizenry to your viewpoints using soundly reasoned exposition of the fact and desired results, or will you move to stifle dissent, as with using appointees at the FCC to limit what may be said on the nation's airways? Will you use your copious media attention to make willing believers in your stellar wisdom, or will you continue use your justice department to look the other way when groups such as the New Black Panther party use armed thugs at polling places to intimidate those who would vote.

Until you change your ways, Barry, it's inevitable that anyone paying attention--and that's of course, more and more people every day--are going to see you for the inexperienced, unqualified, morally conflicted, incompetent you are, even as you pretend to be deserving of high honor.

WHEN is this narcissistic megalomaniac going to realize he is merely the Chief Elected Executive in a democratic, constitutional Republic and not a heredity potentate as one would expect to find in, say, INDONESIA or KENYA, and that the people who put him in office - or those who did not, can question anything we want to about him and his background??

Probably not until his miserable butt is voted out of office or impeached and probably not even then.

As others have said, he need merely only present proof of the fact that he was BORN an American citizen and the issue would evaporate. But even then, if some people questioned the proof, SO WHAT? In a Republic and a democracy people can say whatever they want about politics even if evidence to the contrary is presented.

Did this guy study constitutional law in Cuba under Castro??

I seen pictures of him in the Oval office. However, there is one thing in common with nearly every picture of him in the Oval office. There isn’t anything on the desk. I found one picture with a single folder, but most the desk is completely devoid of folders and books. When you see pictures of Bush, Reagan and even Clinton the desk usually looks trashed.

I heard this comment by Barry O. and nearly pulled over to the side of road laughing.

Must be serious for him to even mention it casually or they are going to release the fake soon.

“No silver buried here.”

A great old Chinese saying. Based on a story of a not-too-bright peasant who finds a large cache of silver left by the roadside for some reason. He spirits it home, and in the dead of night buries it in his backyard so no one will know he has it. But he keeps thinking maybe someone saw him bring it home or bury it, so, just to make sure, he goes around to all his neighbors and towns folks, who weren’t suspicious at this point, pointing to his back yard and telling them, “No silver buried here.”

They wouldn’t be able to make a fake that would explain all the answers the DOH has been giving out over the past 6 months. They’re pretty much backed into a corner.
