We have written before on congressional candidate Col. Allen West (here and here). Well, thank God he's back. He is running again for Florida's 22nd District seat against his old opponent of November 2008, Ron Klein. It's a district that leans Democrat but had a Republican Congressman for 14 years until Democrat Ron Klein won that seat in 2006.
This is a few months old but remains a must-see little video of an excellent speech Col. West gave in October '09. If you like what you see and hear, jump over to his campaign site and give something to a man who for some many years gave to us.

You know, we hear all the time that "everyone supports the troops." Well a good place to start is by getting some of these guys elected to Congress: Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans For Congress. Check them out.

You know, that is a very interesting question.
It would be the absolute height of hypocrisy for them to bar him for being a Republican. They'd have to admit him, or lose ALL credibility, but there's no doubt that he would get a verrry cool reception from them.

I met Allen as he went from place to place with little or no money starting out in what was assumed to be a waste of time.
Persistence mixed with right, is a good thing and wins the day.
I set up and ran a combat outpost in the same spot West conducted his operations which got him in trouble with the Army Bureacracy, in fact dealt with some of the same people he dealt with in that nasty little city. I fully support his actions then and his candidacy now.
Alan West knows everything about Jihad. He has no illusions about Muslim conquest. Of course he is very conservative in other ways. He is anti-illegal immigration. I have heard him speak a few times

Not to be ungrateful to the author, but in fact, Allen is not BACK.
He never went away.
Scott Brown received thousands of donations from across the country that were between $10 to $100. Needless to say thousands of small donations from “we the people” along with spreading the word through email and calling, can and does make a difference! We can elect ANY constitutional conservative we want against the huge DEM/Socialist machine!
Any and all donations will be greatly appreciated to help Allen West in his campaign against Ron Kline. Please help if you can!
