Obama Pushes The Dictator Button
David Horowitz's NewsRealBlog ^ | February 14, 2010 | Liz Blaine

President Obama decided it’s time to push the dictator button and tell the Legislature they’re expendable. Using the Old Gray Lady for softball coverage, the White House announced the President is prepared to use Executive fiat to advance his energy, environmental and fiscal policies. But what good is signing your agenda into law if you don’t have radicals to implement it? Oh yeah, he’ll also be making recess appointments. It’s good to be King!

On Friday White House chief of staff, Rahm Emmanuel announced the President is preparing, “to get the job done.” Translation: Obama is tired of waiting for his agenda to be passed through Constitutional means. Signaling things to come, former campaign and current White House communications director Dan Pfeiffer gave notice, “In 2010, executive actions will play a key role in advancing the agenda.”

Wish I could believe that. Obummer, and his flunkies in all branches of government who are circumventing the law, won’t even obey the law to release public information documents, the court cases against him that are dismissed. What about the fact he was illegally certified to be eligible to run for the Presidency, where is his original birth certificate, where are any of his records, and just look at the felons he surrounds himself with and appoints as “czars” to avoid having to face Congress. We are in the throes of a Dictatorship and every day it keeps piling on.

It makes me sick and scared to death.

Scared? Not me. Real Americans always have a way to correct a problem. Not too long from now this nitwit will be a lame duck. He can sign all the paper he wants and one by one his rotten core of radical communists will be tried for treason.

There is no such certification.

Probably should be, but there isn't.

That was just a matter of time. Screw Congress, the Senate, and especially the American people.

No suprise here, it is what tyrants do.

“A people unwilling to use EXTREME VIOLENT force to secure or obtain their liberty DESERVES the TYRANTS that rule them.” Thomas Jefferson.

It’s not that hard to imagine a perfect storm of strong political head winds, embarrasing personal revelations, and disastrous policies bringing Obama to the verge of impeachment. Would he, like Nixon, then opt to exit “on his own terms” or drag the country through a constitutional crisis?

Obama Lied again, during his Campaign he answers a direct question with “NO”, and once elected President he does the opposite.

The Republican Congress along with the scared Democrats who are left in 2010, can override a presidential Veto, and shove any Bill down the Presidents throat, multiple times if need be. Obama doesn't wanna go there, but I think he needs to Listen more.

Obama can't Hear the American People, but if he starts ignoring Congress, they will show him what the American people want, and 2/3 Majority of both houses will vote accordingly.
Hey, Harvard Grad, can you hear us yet ? !

A little history from Wikipeida ...

There are few surviving sources on Caligula's reign, and although he is described as a noble and moderate ruler during the first two years of his rule, after this the sources focus upon his cruelty, extravagance, and sexual perversity, presenting him as an insane tyrant.

Article II: Section 4 states:
The President, Vice President, and all civil officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on impeachement for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes & Misdemeanors.
FURTHER
Article III: Section 3 states: Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be conviced of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.

With that said, charges of Treason must be filed....impeachment would only follow. WHERE are our Brilliant Constitutional Attorneys? Why has this Marxist not been at least charged with Treason. Yes I know the ‘balance’ of Congress however, they are already balking. (This reply will be posted to another thread as well regarding ‘bowing to Islamists’
