Ryan Sorba, from the Young Americans for Freedom organization’s California chapter, was booed off the stage tonight at CPAC, for deriding CPAC’s choice to have GOProud attend CPAC, even going so far as to say he “condemns CPAC”. Not the sort of thing one would say when invited to speak at the biggest gathering of Conservatives who look to CPAC for guidance and networking.

You’re either for traditional family values or you are not.
The GOP needs to be 100% clear on this.
They’ve strolled into the tent and taken over. Where is the leadership that should be defending the traditional family? None dares speak out. This is heart-sickening. This is appalling.

In Mass the GOP front runner Charlie Baker has selected a gay running mate who supported the SJC when it imposed gay marriage on Massachusetts.
I’ll be voting for the Democrat turned Independent who supports traditional marriage.

Sorba ought to be congratulated for standing up for right. CPAC is a joke. Even looking aside at the moral issue involved with having a rabidly homosexual group being a sponsor, there’s just the simple fact that GOProud is just another identity politics group of shills, just like La Raza and the NAACP. Conservatives celebrate the individual, we don’t pander to group identities.
I suspect he's got enough material by now to write a book on homosexual riots suppressing free speech.
GSP.FAN - you can’t be serious. There are dozens and dozens of groups formed around lowering taxes and cutting government bureaucracy. ‘GOProud’ is specifically a homosexual group. That is what their membership is based on. Are you telling me there are normal people within their ranks and they were not formed as a group for active homosexuals?
Read up on your history. Every nation that promoted did so as it reached a point of decadence that destroyed the resolve of the nation against its enemies, foreign and domestic, and hastened the nation to its ultimate demise. Also, homosexuals are actually quite violent. Read up, for instance, on the Spartans, and on the Theban bands of 300 lovers.
Problem with the libertarian argument is that tolerance for open homosexuality eventually will both pick your pocket and break your leg.

Ironically, it would appear that a prominent chapter could now be about the ones by those who call themselves "conservative."
Sorry, but Reagan had many homosexual friends, whether we knew it or not.
