The world’s largest private sector coal business, the Peabody Energy Company (PEC) has filed a mammoth 240-page “Petition for Reconsideration,” a full-blown legal challenge against the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
The petition must be answered and covers the entire body of leaked emails from ‘Climategate’ as well as those other ‘gate’ revelations including the frauds allegedly perpetrated under such sub-headings as ‘Himalayan Glaciers,’ ‘African Agricultural Production,’ ‘Amazon Rain Forests,’ ‘Melting Mountain Ice,’ ‘Netherlands Below Sea Level’ as well as those much-publicized abuses of the peer-review literature and so called ‘gray literature.’ These powerful litigants also draw attention to the proven criminal conduct by climate scientists in refusing to honor Freedom of Information law (FOIA) requests.

At the same time we need a class-action to force drilling in offshore oil fields, in the Bakken oil fields, and wherever else we have oil reserves the gov’t is not allowing drilling. And we need to force new refinery construction in this country.
And we need to force the gov’t to rebate 100% of the difference between $1.00 a gallon and the price paid. Let’s take back the stimulus dollars now!
But what do you do when the biggest electrical supplier in the US buys into the glo-bull warming scam?

Reseach why. I bet they own a bunch of wind farms or nuclear power station or both.
The immediate reaction for leftist will be dismissal because its “evil coal”. But in reality, who else is going to challenge it. Is someone with no bone at all in the fight going to challenge it? The coal companies are saying, hey you are about to rake me over the coals (pun intended)...they are saying prove it...so in a court of law it will have to be proved or disproved. If it is proven, they will be forced to comply, if it is not, the defecation impacts the rotary device for a whole whole lot of things.

Live in Michigan and last months bill for a 1200 sq. foot home was 199.00.(sq footage includes a closet for washer and dryer, its a small home) and I keep one bedroom door closed its just for storage...

They do, wind farms between Odessa and Abeline. TX, along with lots of oil, gas and coal power plants accross the US.
No matter what....Gore is only the messenger.....absolutely “0” liability.
