Disasters - earthquake, Tsunami, others - happening rapidly now.
Read Matthew 24. There will be earthquakes.....etc.
When we see these events occurring in increasing frequency it is because these are the "birth pangs" that we have been told by Jesus Christ Himself - would happen closer together in time as do the birth pangs of a woman in labor. The closer she gets to giving birth, the worse the birth pangs become and the closer together they come.
# Matthew 24:7 (Whole Chapter) For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places.

24For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.

27For as the lightning cometh out of the east, and shineth even unto the west; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.

29Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken:

33So likewise ye, when ye shall see all these things, know that it is near, even at the doors.

37But as the days of Noah were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.
38For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark,
39And knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.
40Then shall two be in the field; the one shall be taken, and the other left.
41Two women shall be grinding at the mill; the one shall be taken, and the other left.
42Watch therefore: for ye know not what hour your Lord doth come.
43But know this, that if the goodman of the house had known in what watch the thief would come, he would have watched, and would not have suffered his house to be broken up.
44Therefore be ye also ready: for in such an hour as ye think not the Son of man cometh.
45Who then is a faithful and wise servant, whom his lord hath made ruler over his household, to give them meat in due season?
46Blessed is that servant, whom his lord when he cometh shall find so doing.
47Verily I say unto you, That he shall make him ruler over all his goods.
48But and if that evil servant shall say in his heart, My lord delayeth his coming;
49And shall begin to smite his fellowservants, and to eat and drink with the drunken;
50The lord of that servant shall come in a day when he looketh not for him, and in an hour that he is not aware of,
51And shall cut him asunder, and appoint him his portion with the hypocrites: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

Yes I know this is a “vanity” thread and supposedly about “religion”....but it is really coming as a part of today’s events and people asking questions - What is going on???
Christian faith is not a religion.
It is a relationship with the Creator of the Universe who also happens to have come to earth 2000 years ago as a human being - Jesus Christ - who died so that whosoever will would believe in Him and be saved for all eternity to be with Him and all who belong to him - forever!
So I hope this thread will stay in news/activism and not be put over in chat or religion rooms.....not tonight!

The increasing frequency of these events is a clear sign that His return is very very near! Praise His Holy Name forever!
Have you called upon Jesus? He is reaching to the entire world - not just in these “disasters” but in the amazing clouds and other sights in the heavens - that have been and are being reported all over the world!
I have a presentation about that but not sure how to get it “out” to the maximum number of people who need to see that. But God is doing just fine speaking to the world through the disasters and the near disasters of today...
