Glenn was greatly frustrated because he could not get specifics from Massa that "affects you". Glenn apologized to his audience for "wasting your time".
Hell, he couldn't get the guy to even answer a basic questions. Any specifics on corruption that we don't know about. The guy sidestepped that one. I doubt Glenn could have gotten any answers to more probing questions. And he even told the guy up front, that he didn't want to waste *our* time. And then apologized when it turned out he did.
I expect more mea cuplas tomorrow.

at the beginning Beck TOLD him that he wanted him to expose some corruption, as well as several more times along the way he was nudged in that direction by Glen......this guy parried every attempt and opportunity.....IMO this means the whole exercise (5 or 6 days of it now) has been a case of cosmetic sepukku, as part of the overall ongoing coup d’etat....he fell onto his sword quite laughably in support of the coup, and if he is lucky he will get a book deal or something like that
Beck put Massa on because he knew it would get big ratings. And Beck was right. I rushed home to watch the show.
To me, it didn’t make any difference what questions Beck asked Massa. It was obvious that Massa wasn’t going to name names (outside of Rahm and the weird shower scene) and talk about corrupt deeds.
Boy does Beck look like a fool now intially saying this may change poltics as we know it? Levin is right he is starting to look like a clown.
I don’t blame Beck for trying.
Clearly, if the guy is scared enough to quit his seat in congress, you aren’t going to get him to say much on live TV. It was worth a shot, I think, but in a way I’m not surprised. If he had enough grit to blow the whistle on the Obamists, he wouldn’t have resigned.
Glenn is and always has been live coverage. Sometimes, Fox will interrupt him with “live” news and block out most of his program. Wish he had taped today’s program though. Don’t know why he didn’t. The dems will probably use today’s interview as a way to help their cause. Hope not.
I think Becks days are numbered. I watched him at first, but I’ve been losing interest of him for some time. He just doesn’t have what people like Rush and Levin have. Not a lot of discernment there. I watched maybe 10 minutes and could tell it was a joke.
Massa story didn’t make sense.
If he didn’t make any homosexual advances to the aide then he should be fighting like crazy to save his good name. resigning only makes it worse— no matter what he says.
Glenn wanted specifics, but he didn’t ask specific questions.
Why didn’t he ask “what is ‘arm twisting’ and who is doing it?”
He should have asked Massa just what the White House and Nanzi Pelousy has threatened to do to his family, and exposing it is his only protection against it now.
It’s clear that the only thing we know for sure about any of this is that Massa is an idiot.

It was similar to the Blogo interview. Let them tell their story. Judge for ourselves. If Glen goes too far in screaming for Obama’s or Rahm’s scalp, then the WH is proven “right” that Fox News is anti-Obama (which it is not).
Beck should have listened to Rush.
Didn’t see the interview but expect to hear Beck gab about it for his whole show tomorrow. Glen does well sometimes and not so well other times.
I was disappointed with his Palin interview. He seemed intimidated by her.
It was a waste of time.
He did, basically. And the response was the Whips and every special interest group. You vote the way I tell you to or you don't get any money.

No... He doesn’t look like a clown...Massa does! I give Glenn alot of credit for his interview with Massa. First of all he wasn’t trying to pry info out of him. He was expecting him to inform us on something! Anything! Glenn can’t make people say what we want to hear, nor can we make people do what we want them to do. Massa only cares about Massa! We have learned alot from watching Glenn’s show but it’s not only his responsibility to get information... it’s ours too. I would back off criticizing the one person (for quite some time) who even cared!
