I must assume it was tongue-in-cheek.
Techinically, Ron Paul is also a RINO, though he approaches it from the other end of the political spectrum. Instead of being a Dem in Republican clothing, he is a little l libertarian in Republican clothing. I like some of his stuff. Just sayin’ though. Too many Freepers are WAY to quick to paint that scarlet RINO on EVERYONE.

I don’t know the ins/outs of NM politics. But I understand you need 20% to qualify for a ballot position. The question is now do they round up, down, or not at all. I think he can get other signatures to meet the 20% level but it must be done in a short time.
Not sure how accurate the above is but hopefully someone from NM can correct if it is in error.
While you're at it, please expose groups like Republican Liberty Caucus, the RonPaul et al lie-bertarians who pose as Republicans and run in congressional races across the country, as well as infiltrate Republican clubs AND Tea Parties. Thank you!!!
