Exactly. We are more likely to have Romneycare go national then Obamacare. The dems already want something along those lines and if a republican president ptiches it there would be no real opposition since even a handful of republicans would be needed to pass it.

"Had Romney dropped out, who do you think would have won the nomination?"

Depends on when Romney dropped out.

If he dropped out right before Super Tuesday, then Huckabee would have carried the South and would have had the momentum. If Romney had dropped out earlier, one of the other candidates may have risen to the top.

Huckabee trounced Romney in the South. And everybody knew that he would.

From the looks of it, almost all don’t agree with you.

Poor sport spoiler Romney attacked all other GOP candidates:

Novak: "Fred Thompson drop-out rumors traced to Romney campaign"

Said Novak: "The rumors were traced in part to Mitt Romney's campaign,
trying to stir up strife between McCain and Thompson
."

"Despite outspending his rivals by huge margins throughout the primaries,
(Mitt Romney, Carpetbagger UT,CA,MA,NH,Mexico) lost Iowa, South Carolina, Florida and California.
The only primaries he won were in Michigan, where Dad was governor; LDS states;
and a few states on Super Tuesday in which his California-obsessed rivals
couldn't spare the cash to advertise.
Only John Connolly in 1968 had a worse cash-to-delegates ratio.
And John McCain rightly did not like Romney's tactics during the primaries.
(W)hen (Romney's early leads) started slipping away, he resorted to unfair,
distorted, scorched-earth negative ads, betting that his opponents couldn't
afford to spend enough for the truth to catch up to his charges."

NO!
Romney is just another McCain RINO that is going to destroy any chance of getting rid of Obama. Since getting rid of Obama is the number one priority, and Romney is an impediment to that I not only will not lay off Romney, but will attack him relentlessly on his liberal positions unless it is clear that he is not attempting to run for president.

You know, it is quite hard to have people believe in Romney when he placed Romneycare into existence.

I think Mitt should back out of the next election. He hasn’t a leg to stand on.

“His RomneyCare in Mass has only opened the door to this crap.”

That is just an absurd, uniformed and frankly stupid remark. Healthcare socialization has been growing for decades (Medicare, legislation requiring hospitals treat everyone (including illegals), HMO legislation, Bush’s making the problem worse with “compassionate conservatism,” etc.

First, Romney was a Republican governor in a far left state. Did it ever dawn on some of you that it could have been much worse?

Second, the future of Medicare is dead no matter what party we have. NO ONE has the cojones to speak the truth. Hence we are F**KED no matter who we have. Don’t you get it? If we don’t kill it off, our economy will be devastated and taxes will approach 100%.

Which Republican will stand and say that Medicare has to be cancelled. NONE OF THEM. Hence, healthcare HAS TO RATIONED. So, stop screaming about Romney. ALL REPUBLICANS are just are complicit as Democrats as screwing us over.

” We Are In A Huge Constitutional Crisis. “

Because we tolerate and elect RINO’s. Romney is a liberal. He needs to be exposed as such.

"Poor sport spoiler Romney attacked all other GOP candidates:"

Exactly. And if he does it again this next Presidential election, there is a strong possibility we'll have another 4 years of constitutional crisis with the Muslim usurper remaining in office.

“It could have been much worse” is a fitting epitaph for Romney’s political career as a republican.

OK Romney we are in a constitutional crisis. So man up, resolve the crisis and say this: If I am elected president, I will issue executive orders that nullify all federal health care legislation on constitutional grounds.
If you can’t say that, you ascribe to the philosophy that a crisis can be used and perpetuated for political gain (as in your election as president).

The effin party is over, time to smack down these CPUSA stooges and fellow travelers, put PR mens heads on pikes, and put the fear of God and the sword in the hearts of the ENEMY WITHIN.

You're slacking...;-)

I thought about it, and determined that if he was in any kind
of major office, he would be a foe. I let it slide.

That's my story and I'm sticking to it.

I would not even presume to bash Romney UNLESS someone comes here singing his praises. If nobody else brings him up, I won’t.

The economy is all but destroyed now. Health/Death care is just one segment and is much sought after (for decades)

But the bigger picture:

These people have studied communism and how best to destroy a society according to the experts (Lenin, Marx etc). And that is by destroying and debasing the economy...devastating the entire economic foundation in order to rebuild it, and in order to enslave the people. They employ methods to overwhelm the population...and allow anarchy to achieve that. Law and Order is what we are accustomed to but what do we have now? Anything but. We are barraged daily by 'change' and the changes are not small but rather huge monstrosities designed to bring us down. Immigration, Nationalization, Health Care, Education (RTTT-indoctrination), Defense and NO fiscal restraint.

The next step will be to brutalize the citizenry. With all that said, I still have faith in my fellow American...not all but enough that will make a difference. The question is, have we waited too long.
