I hate to be more of a downer but there is NO WAY AT ALL, no matter how many Republicans get elected to Congress in November, for Obamacare to be repealed during the next Congress.
Only 1/3rd of the Senate is up for grabs in any election. If Republicans win all open Senate seats (a very big if), the maximum number of Senators they can win is 59. It takes 67 Senators to override a veto.
However, we still need to fight in November for this reason: Obama has shown no respect whatsoever for any rules and precedents such as the filibuster and respect for Supreme Court Justices. Senate Leader Harry Reid has even promised "filibuster reform" in case his party wins the Senate this year. I predict: If Democrats retain bare majorities in Congress, they will without hesitation move to increase the number of Justices on the Supreme Court, thus removing any constitutional impediment against the Obama agenda.
Finally, even if we are able to stop Obama from keeping Congress at the next election, Democrats have made it clear that they are willing to use whatever lawyerly means necessary to enact social change. We need to be prepared to be not just as ruthless, but TWICE as ruthless when we take back the White House and Congress in 2013. If necessary, WE need to stack the Court and go nuclear in the Senate, in order to pass sweeping if unpopular cuts in social programs and moral laws. And when Democrats act like children in the streets, WE need to have the balls to ignore them and preserve public order.

The AG in possibly 37 states have a lawsuit ready to go and they think it can get fast tracked to kill this thing. Statrt thinking of ways to fight back not whine.
I agree people should not expected Nov 2010 to save us. We are all going to have to be at precincts that day and come up with a way now - right now to insure they cannot steal every election.
BUT....
If the GOP wins back both houses of congress based on the American people’s rejection of Moogly and the health bill, you very well might convince the remaining dems to PROTECT their seats next time around by overriding the veto....

It doesnt matter, it sets the stage for 2012, and turning the tables on the evil party and everyone one of those TRAITORS in the Congress. I don’t want to hear that we can’t get a 60+ majority in the Senate either (come 2012 we can).

We don’t need 60. We need 50 + VP, just like Obama does, and we should go nuclear off the bat and bribe the RINOs into submission.
