I saw the panel, and they said that now the Republicans are the ones in trouble in the fall. I was outraged! I will not waste my time on them again.

“I guess I’ll have to stop watching all news shows from now on.”

I quit watching all news since Saturday. I have been watching TVland, the Western Channel and my old DVDs. After reading this thread, I am so glad I did. My blood pressure is a lot lower this way.

The GOP just needs to run against Obama and the so-called stimulus bill. It was promised if it wasn't passed that unemployment would not rise above 8%. A year later, we're still hovering at 10%. At the end of February 2009, we were at 8.1%. Obama’s bill has actually added to the problem.

That's how the GOP takes over the House.

No. but then I can’t imagine that 70% of the people approve of this Marxist.

Yes, I understand your point.

I just moved from MA, after living there for 20 years. I think that the vote for Scott Brown was an anomaly.

I hope I’m wrong.

What I read is the it is required for the insurance companies to maintain as beneficiaries until the age of 26 those ‘children’ on their parents insurance policies. This begins in six months.

You're smoking the same stuff, apparently. See:

CBSNEWS Poll: Only 37% Approve of the Health Care Bill, 48% Disapprove (Poll)

States Sue Over Pro-Abortion Health Care Bill, Poll Shows Americans Supportive

49% Support State Lawsuits Against Health Care Plan

...just for starters. The panel, and you, are wrong.

It's safer than having an uninsured kid and way cheaper than having a kid trying to buy private insurance (easily $7000 or more a year)

You must live in a pricey state. I bought a policy for my college-age son last month - it costs about $100 a month. It was cheaper, in fact, than carrying him on my own policy.

Yes, it is, and that would include FNC, apparently. Fox has been slipping for awhile now.

Most rate increases wont hit till AFTER the 2010 elections. All of the popular sugar in the law will be in effect BEFORE the election. What a coincidence and very convenient. Whatever the Dems are they are not stupid and the GOP..they are just so inept. Why do I feel like the GOP just got painted in a corner again?

Latest USA Today poll taken today has 49 percent FOR Obamacare only 40 percent against. A lot of liberals who were against the bill thought it didnt go far enough without public option or single payer, but are now ok with what they were able to get. Public opinion on this has done a fast one eighty in the last 24 hours. Its Obamamania all over again!

I hate to say this, but there is not a single person on FOX who knows how to read a poll.

Unfortunately the insurance hikes won’t hit until January....which could potentially cast a veil of hope to people and give those Demonrats a chance. We have to remain strong and stay vigilant!

Charles K was going around telling everyone that Scott Brown was going to loose.

And during amnesty he said it would pass and it was good thing .

He was all gaga over Obama in 2008 too.
I would not take him to seriously.

Wow — that is a great price! I live in NJ and have Blue Cross/Blue Shield HMO coverage (an individual policy because I’m self-employed). I used to have PPP coverage, where I could go to my own doctor, but the policy was costing me close to $12,000 a year. I “downgraded” to HMO coverage, which runs about $7800.

Does your son have medical and surgical and prescription coverage and a high or low deductible? Nevermind — maybe I should just move to Ohio!!

Going to get flamed for this, but there is some truth to this. As much as we hate this bill, America is fickle, stupid and forgiving. Republicans need to be careful here. None of what I expected to happen on this bill did happen - Dems have won on this in many aspects, particularly with the use of the media. It is now law and people are tired of the divide between the parties. I have never been more afraid in my life. As I visit with people I am surprised how resigned they are and want to just move on.

If it had only been the red hot rocks, I would have chosen the rocks. LOL

Sort of like an "interior sauna". Kind of sounds relaxing. Maybe the question is, HOW hot? LOL Oh wait, red hot. Hmmm...not so sure then.
