I really do not believe she is going to run this time. The TV shows and all of that fluff stuff don’t tell me she is really sold on running.

I agree, and that's fine. I would not blame her - look at what her family had to go through.

I believe that she is campaigning for McCain because she likes & admires him - I think she has all along. I would much rather believe that she is a woman of her word, than to say that she is just giving him (and us) lip service because of some imagined "debt" that she has to him.

I wish her all the luck in the world. I think she is enjoying herself royally doing whatever she wants to do, but I do not think she is going to be running in 2012.

Meanwhile, I still despise McCain and will do anything I can to keep him from being re-elected.

What would have been better was to finish the Governor term in Alaska. That would have been powerful. Staying away from McCain would have been good. McCain knows why because he is a long time politician. I really do not believe she is going to run this time. The TV shows and all of that fluff stuff don’t tell me she is really sold on running.

While I agree that Sarah should have stayed away from McCain, I disagree that Sarah should have stayed up in Alaska as governor instead of resigning and doing the good things(except the McCain stuff) that she is doing nationally.

I also take her at her word, that she does want to run if the situation is right.

I have a lot of respect for Sarah, but her dogged support of the despicable RINO McQueeg has chilled me toward her more than somewhat.

I could overlook a passing nod of an endorsement for 2008 loyalties sake, but to actively campaign for that pukesack is inexcusable.

That said, Sarah’s people have made it known to JD’s people that she’s endorsing McCain out of loyalty and that she’s going to stay out of the rest of the primary.

Source? Thanks!

What has she done nationally other than back McCain and appear on FOX news?

Finishing her term in Alaska would have shown incredible strength. The book she still could have written.

And stupidity. She would now be bankrupt and her state would have lost several more millions in fighting the ethics complaints lodged against her by the Alaskan bloggers. Or is it your agenda to see Palin penniless?

RE :”Besides, getting him out of the Senate is the only way we can shut down his daughter, Miss Chunks. She actually thinks she's a Republican!

No MM thinks she's our saviour and had to go on ‘the View’ to get her message out. It's “We need to attract the young people by being cool like Obama, not like my geezer Dad

I love Rabs threads.

I hope that proves to be true. She can minimize the damage to her own prospects if she bows out of any active campaigning after this weekend. Continuing with Juan's campaign on and off until August 26 would be very damaging to her.

I guess all we can do is wait and see what she does.

RE :”Fair point, I’m talking about those who are in this with a hidden agenda. An agenda uncovered by other Freepers, where any kind of back and forth is simply a waste of words.

More specifically, did this poster have a hidden anti-Palin agenda?

Responding to you would be a waste of my time. I have to worry about myself being penniless at the moment. At least a Governor gets a paycheck.

Think of how many Presidents have lawsuits pending while they serve.

What has she done nationally other than back McCain and appear on FOX news?

Numerous speeches, tea party rallies, candidate rallies, candidate endorsements editorials, online tweets, book tour...

Finishing her term in Alaska would have shown incredible strength. The book she still could have written.

When she ran for VP she became a national figure and she became more valuable as a national figure than being a governor.

She has great respect for him, she said so in her book. I don’t know why some are shocked that she would endorse him and campaign for him, she never said she would not, in fact, she clearly states in her book that she would always be there to help him. She loves him like a father, people who don’t get that, well, I really don’t care. Even JD Hayworth, who many here support, as do I, has shown a lot of class by saying that he understands why Sarah is doing this, a shame that some of his supporters don’t get that

Keep the faith, ‘cuda. All these people posting negative tonight will be voting (hopefully early and often) for Sarah in Nov 2012. Count on it.

Nope, people voted to make her their Governor. Bottom line. Experience will not be answered if it is Facebook, tweets, and endorsements when some MSM debate moderator asks the pertinent questions about qualifications.

Now I will concede that Obozo has no anything and never did, but he is a democrat.

JD Hayworth was on Cavuto today, he said that he understands why Sarah endorsed McCain and hopes that if he does win the primary, that Sarah will campaign for him. He also talked about a facebook page called “Palin Supporters for Hayworth” I signed up..Hayworth is a class act, its a shame some of his own supporters just don’t get it. Perhaps they should be hearing his message more, because Hayworth is the kind of person we need in DC

Sarah Palin has made a very bad mistake in doing this.

I hope she is getting some kind of RNC pay off for this horrible debacle.

What good is a paycheque if what you have to pay out way more each month than is coming in is soon going to send you into bankruptcy? Palin was headed on her way to losing her house and everything she owned-all caused by the Alinsky tactics used against her by the bloggers in Alaskan on orders from Emmanuel and Axelrod in the Obama war room.

Do you really think Sarah Palin is that stupid or do you really believe SNL that Palin is a clueless dolt?

Hardly. I’m afraid to say what I think of him because I would be bannned in a heartbeat.

Conservatives can disagree with each other but if we can't disagree agreeably then how can we ever hope to defeat the liberals?

Quit using the Alinsky tactics on me, thank you.

What happens if she is POTUS and the going gets rough?

You see don’t you, that these questions are going to be asked her if she enters the race.

I hope she is ready.
