Obama in Rude Denial (CEOs: He's Clueless!!!)
American Spectator ^ | 3/29/10 | The Prowler

"Most of these people [in the Administration] have never had a real job in their lives. They don't understand a thing about business, and that includes the President," says a senior lobbyist for one of the companies that announced the charge. "My CEO sat with the President over lunch with two other CEOs, and each of them tried to explain to the President what this bill would do to our companies and the economy in general. First the President didn't understand what they were talking about. Then he basically told my boss he was lying. Frankly my boss was embarrassed for him; he clearly had not been briefed and didn't know what was in the bill."

“Bam is smart and Bush is dumb? You have to be kidding me.”

Yeah, people forget that Bush got his MBA from Harvard while Obama was agitating companies in Chicago.

“The Europeans aren’t quite missing President Bush”

I think a growing number of Americans recognize that having an MBA in the WH sure beats having a community activist lawyer with zero business experience. We are paying a steep price for the ignorance on display throughout the West Wing.

How do you tell a two year old he has to eat his brussel sprouts?

Oh, that's easy. Put 'em (Sprouts) in a blender with a half a cup of sugar...

Obama may be an economic moron but he was hardly alone in imposing this disaster on us. What about the nearly 300 Dems in the House and Senate who went along with it? I guess those who aren’t certifiable morons (and I won’t mention who they are) were radical ideologues who didn’t care what happened as long as Congress didn’t get the direct blame. Now those greedy companies will be blamed for passing on the cost.

“State Department officials, some of whom were holdovers from the Bush Administration, say the reasoning for the U.S. to end the annual summits, which had been held since 1991, was in part due to Obama and his team's feeling “ slighted” by European leaders and their staffs”.

As well as being a Marxist and narcissist; we have a total idiot with his total idiot administration in office.

How do you explain anything to a liberal? You don't; you cannot - understanding an explanation requires the capacity for rational thought, and that is not something that any liberal possesses.

"These are Republican CEOs who are trying to embarrass the President and Democrats in general," says a White House legislative affairs staffer.

Wow! That's super nova-stupid. Of course that should have been obvious to all when 0-stupid told Joe the Plumber he needed to share his wealth when he was making $40k per year and saving to buy his boss' company thus putting himself in debt and taking a fairly good risk in order to be self-sufficient and employ a few people in the process.

Look out, folks! With this philosophy in power if you make anything over minimum wage you are going to be seen as greedy. Assuming you will be able to find a minimum wage job.

I believe it is entirely possible for him to be both a Marxist hell bent on the Government running the entire country and controlling our lives and an idiot unfamiliar with how a company remains profitible and how capitalism works.

Most of these CEO’s supported him, or at the least did not oppose him. They are reaping the whirlwind.

If I was a CEO I would love to be called up for any sort of show trial in front of these congressional buffoons. It would be an education to these idiots.

I'm not sure many Americans ever knew that President Bush held an MBA, but business sure did.

I agree with you that voters are quickly catching onto the fact that they elected a radical Leftist intent on "changing" America into his idea of a country they want no part of and didn't think they were electing when they stupidly voted for "change."

“They really believed this bill would immediately lower costs. They just didn’t understand what they were voting on.””
I believe that libs can be, and generally are, this stupid, but I’m having a hard time believing this one. How can you believe that increasing the number of people(millions)covered, increasing the type coverage some people already have, and raising or starting taxes on medical items is going to lower costs?
I’m certain they voted for this debacle knowing full well that it will destroy the insurance business and the medical profession.

Dems understand that companies have the money - and they want their cut. It’s the Chicago Way - it’s the CEO’s who don’t “get it”... but they will. If they go along, they’ll win for a while. If they stand honest they’ll be mowed under...

Perfect summarization! The CEO's will get it eventually, intellectually and financially. Lefties have a hard time processing that they too will pay a dear price, but it will indeed sink in when their personal bottom line is long-term affected.

They voted, in my opinion, not knowing anything. These people, from both parties, are so often clueless. They are nothing more than clever fundraisers, teleprompter and poll readers. Just look at your dofus VPOTUS.

And yet, I'd suspect some of these very CEO's contributed to Obama's or other socialist-democrat candidates in past elections. Karma can be a 6!tcH.......

How do you explain capitalism to a Marxist?

Maybe a decade ago, I’d at least just look at some of the “Russian
Brides” websites.
Everytime some hotty Russian lady listed her academic certifications
as being in “Economics”...I about laughed my @$$ off.

Growing up in the Soviet Union...they probably couldn’t balance
a check book. Even if they knew what a checkbook was!!!!!!!
