Desperate Democrats and their co-conspirators in the media are busy trying to whip up a race war.
"The health care bill is not the main source of this anger and never has been. It's merely a handy excuse," Frank Rich wrote in a recent New York Times column. Their line is that all those opposed to the president's radical agenda are racists who resent having a black man as president. It is a moldy, old smear, but as approval ratings for Mr. Obama sink below 50 percent, it is being revisited with increasing fervor.

Race plays a much stronger role in the liberal mindset than for most of America. Mr. Obama and many liberals of his generation grew up being taught that America is at root a deeply flawed country, and it is their mission to "fix" it. Those pushing the "racism" argument to explain the strong opposition to Mr. Obama's policies do so because they can't escape looking at issues through a racial prism. As America has become post-racial, they are intellectually and emotionally stuck in the 1960s. So they recycle images half-a-century old and wait, forlornly, for a random lynching to justify their worldview.
There is much to dislike about Mr. Obama's America: high unemployment, monstrous record debt, economic sluggishness, a terrible health care law, higher taxes, a rigged census, fast-tracking illegal aliens to the franchise, growing government at home and increasing weakness abroad. It is not mean-spirited racism to take a stand against the daily destruction of the American dream; it is simple common sense.

This is their campaign strategy. They know they can’t run on their accomplishments, so they have to try to scare their base into coming out; it’s all they have now.
This tactic will backfire big time in November. The one thing most middle of the road whites will abide the least is the implication that if they don’t support Obama, they are racists. I know many people who voted for Obama and who generally support him but are really starting to get pissed off by the way the race card is being played. Between that and the tax bites set to take effect, many of my liberal friends are starting to really have second thoughts/
Liberals are more racist than conservatives. As many liberals see their wealth go down the tubes they might become much more vocally racist. Gee. what a fun place liberals are turning my once great nation into.

Without “demons”, they cannot progress. Like you say, they cannot win a fight straight up and honest. They lose any battle of ideas and critical thinking. They are useless to America, and only exist for their own empowerment and control over America.

What we know is he is the first man to say he is POTUS who has had sexual relations with another man. No other President prior to the current occupant has had sexual relations with men. We’ve had President’s who cheated on their spouses with women, but never before Obama have we had a man cheat on his wife with other men.

Their campaign strategy needs to let Obama come out of the closet already. Ricky Martin finally did, now it’s Obama’s turn. What’s the big deal? If he’s had a homosexual past, no one would get down on him for it. Just like Ellen. She’s gay and continues to remain popular. If Ricky Martin can come out of the closet, surely Obama can.

I don’t take them as loony. They know exactly that this is a way to demonize the opposition. This is Alinsky 101.
Well people HATE ObamaCare in Florida.
Only 34 percent of Florida voters support the new law while 54 percent are against it, according to the poll. Opposition is significantly strong among two crucial blocs: those older than 65 and voters with no party affiliation. Seniors disfavor the bill by a 65-25 percent margin, while independents oppose the law 62-34.
This is a real poll from Mason Dixon not that fake poll CNN is spewing all over.

This is excessively generous to the race-baiters. I think they are cynical demagogues who know exactly how phony their claims are.
Unfortunately I was unable to convince them even McCain was better for the country than Obama. I worked the polls for Bush and repubs, but could not get any enthusiam generated for McCain. I just pray the country is not destroyed before November.
