Why all of a sudden is OK City Bombing Ceremonies Hot News?
Fox | Self

Posted on 04/19/2010 7:17:07 AM PDT by Marty62

Why is Fox pushing so hard this AM to marginalize dissenting Americans?

Hemmer/MacCullum pushing the OK City Bombing.

Over the past 15 years I only remember blips about memorial ceremonies. Same with 9-11 memorial services.

Now all of a sudden the msm is trying to propagandize the dissent of Today with the Islamofascist terrorist and the McVeigh bombing.

Everyone involved with the TPM should voice their outrage at the obvious attempt to slander the TPM.

and there WON’T be any national coverage of the beat down in New Orleans, either. No more than there was about the white couple that was raped and tortured for days in Knetucky (or was it Tenn.?)

Yes I’m serious but I guess sarc should also be added.

I personally have seen in my lifetime how dangerous Dums become when cornered.

That is what my perspective is.

Because that event was what the Clintons were able to manipulate into a comeback after their political prospects had dimmed because they had passed the then-largest tax increase in history and tried to enact socialized medicine.

I wonder if the press will mention McVeigh's partner Terry Nichols.

Or would that open a can of worms they'd rather leave sealed?

Yeah, that’s what they’re doing. I don’t think, except in the left’s collectively perverted excuse for a brain, it’s getting any traction. So far Onada and his band of angry commies have tried ignoring and belittling the TPM. Didn’t work. So they will try the old politics of personal/group destruction card.

We’ve seen it all before. Without the internet the state run media would have successfully carried the anti-Tea Party message. The left’s primary targets right now are Palin, Tea Partys and the internet.

Its unbelievable there is anyone on this board willing to give the media slime the benefit of a doubt on this.

EVERYTHING they do is a political calculation.

Isn't that apparent by now?

Good point.
That’s almost never mentioned.

And don’t get started on the Padilla look-alike.

Hemmer/MacCullum pushing the OK City Bombing.

15th anniversary of the OKC bombing. Nothing more, nothing less. More attention was paid at 5th (prior to 9-11) anniversary, and similar respects were paid at the 10th anniversary (albeit overshadowed by 9-11). Same respect will be paid to the dead in another five years. Prior to 9-11, the OKC bombing was the most deadly terrorist attack on U.S. soil.

For a better perspective, speak to people who lived in and around Oklahoma City when the blast occurred. Everyone was literally shaken by the blast within a ten mile radius. Most everyone knew someone affected by the blast. It changed the lives of many Midwesterners.

I’m sure they do. It just struck me as to coincidental that the OKCity Bombing and the TPM were discussed in the same breath.

Because it is the 15th Anniversary of the Bombing — what part of that do you not understand? Not everything revolves around the Tea Party movement 24/7. 168 people lost their lives 15 years ago today and the Heartland of America changed. That is reason enough to cover it and see the progress the city has made. Maybe you should make a trip to the Bombing Memorial and you wouldn’t put up this post. It is a remember of what can happen when you let your guard down.

No.

Rather, it is because it is the 235th Anniversary of Lexington and Concord, and the "Shot Heard Round the World" that started the American Revolution — what part of that do you not understand? For Leftist and liberal America-haters, everything revolves around the Tea Party movement 24/7.

Dozens of Patriots and almost 300 British troops lost their lives 235 years ago today and the Heartland of America was created.

That is reason enough to cover it and see the progress America has made.

Maybe you should make a trip to the Lexington Green and the Concord Bridge and you wouldn’t put up this post. It is a remember of what can happen when you let your guard down.

Repeated from an earlier, similar post:

This resurgence of old news about WACO and about Timothy McVeigh are just back door attempts by the left to tie the TEA party movement to such fanatics.

The TEA party movement are the "langoliers" chomping their way over the hill towards the commie left and they see their world being eaten away little by little and they are "shared skitless".

Now, here's the thing, the TEA party movement is not a cult, it's not a militia, and it's not a band of nuts; it is American citizens fed up with "Washington reborn."

There is not use for them to keep up the "incrimination by association" with the Wacos and Oklahoma bombings of the world, because there isn't any association with those nutballs and the TEA party movement.

The TEA party movement are not "government haters", as the bent on, bill clinton, is trying to portray. They just think that government has overstepped the bounds of the Constitution and is starting down a tyrannical path to socialism...which is by definition, "communism-lite".

But the left and their adoring media have taken on the job of exposing the TEA party movememt...but here's my question...EXPOSE IT TO WHOM?

Conservatives, and moderates already know what the TEA party movement is...hell, 30% of TEA partiers are democrats, for crying out loud.

So basically, the obamabots and the media (but I repeat myself) are in a big circle jerk trying to convince each other of the same thing...and the funny part is, THEY'RE FALLING FOR IT.

Everyday some greenhorn columnist comes out with new revelation that the TEA party movement is "racist". Well, we've only heard that a few million times in the past few months, but so far even a $100,000 guaranteed reward for proof of such has failed to flush out a winner.

The left has played a whole deck of race cards and nothing has come of it. The days of the "casual" use of the race card, are over. It's now "prove it" time...it's "walk your talk, or shutup" time.

They ARE a little slow on the left, but they will soon discover that the more they discredit the TEA party movement, the more people join it. People who are not yet on the TEA party wagon will soon figure out that for something to be so feared, there must be something good about it, and for the left to fear it so, they must be doing something pretty bad.

The millions of people who showed up at the nation's many TEA party movement events this past year were not dressed in camoflauge, there were no weapons, there were no militants. There were men, women, and children of all ages and races, dressed in red, white, and blue.

The diseased hatred for the TEA party movement is based on the left's fear and ignorance, and their guilty consciences knowing what their socialist agenda is foisting upon the heads of present and future Americans.

They can call it what they want, but we will KEEP ON COMING. The TEA party movement will never end; this charade that has invaded Washington has shown people what can happen if we go to sleep at the wheel, and I think after this is fixed, Americans will be more viligent than ever concerning the government, and the democrat party will have suffered a blow that will take a long time to overcome, if ever.

He didn’t finally go home until the summer. And if they don’t, who cares? It isn’t nearly the same thing as 168 Americans dying in a terrorist attack.

5 year anniversaries gets more coverage. It wasn’t a conspiracy before, it won’t be later. It isn’t now.

I am NOT talking about the Ceremony. Just the attempt by MacC.to link the two.

I had the same fellings about OKCity as I did watching Women and Children being burned to death in WACO.

Bill Clinton OWNS that. Why not interview him about the connection of the two outrages. AND does HE take responsibility.
