Obama, Reid, Pelosi and their Marxist followers are about to experience the wrath of the Liberty loving American people. Their big spending, big taxing, big government, globalist reign of terror against America is over. The good people of Arizona are leading the charge and the growing Tea Party Rebellion will overwhelm the opposition in all 50 states. The hateful socialist/Marxist Democrats are about to be crushed like the evil vermin they are in November.

Yeah, well, I hardly think that legalizing illegal alien anchor babies (and their whole dang illegal alien families) was the original intent of the 14th amendment. Look it up.

I hope that now that Arizona has taken the lead in taking a stand to enforce the law, others will follow. (Texas?) I do hope that Arizona doesn’t back down to the will of the leftists but stands firm. Now, for the P.R.C (Peoples Republic of Collie-fornia), I agree with a boycott... and I have no problem boycotting the P.R.C and it’s export products. For any fellow wine drinkers, might I recommend some fine Texas wine?

Sorry I am not a constitutional scholar. However I did look up the 14th amendment and it says

“Section 1. All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.”

The difference between “legal” and “illegal” immigrants was not clear at the time of the decision of Wong Kim Ark.[11] According to The Heritage Foundation, which maintains that Congress possesses the power to exclude children born in the United States to illegal immigrant parents from U.S. citizenship by legislation, neither in that decision nor any subsequent case has the Supreme Court explicitly ruled on whether such children are entitled to birthright citizenship via the amendment,[12] although that has generally been assumed to be the case.[13] In some cases, the Court has implicitly assumed, or suggested in dicta, that such children are entitled to birthright citizenship: these include INS v. Rios-Pineda, 471 U.S. 444 (1985)[14] and Plyler v. Doe, 457 U.S. 202 (1982

I am not talking about Legalizing the entire family based on one child being born here. As far as I can determine the Child is eligible to Stay or Return at a later date with his US Citizeniship intact.

Not the child’s fault. He’s an American citizen and that’s the law. We should never force an American citizen to leave. Heavy fine for parents and no voting rights for a set time.

No one’s forcing them. But if the illegal aliens wish to keep their families intact, they need to take their children home with them. If they wish to leave them with a legal relative, fine, but they should not leave them as wards of the state.

Mother and Father both Illegial. Child is under 16years old but born here in the States? What happens under the new law to the child?

Children should stay with their parents.

They should all go back to their own country.

Excellent idea boss, I'm in! The illegal insurgent criminal alien invaders in Arizona are heading to New Mexico (they cater to illegals) and other states that tolerate criminal invaders of the USA.

Some may even go to Mexico but that country is kind of racist---they don't want Mexicans there!

I will! No, they don’t serve the food, but it’s always been catered by Redneck BBQ! It’s up in the Hualapai Mountains and it’s beautiful! Last year McCain didn’t show up, and his table was the loneliest place on Earth..as it has been at every Republican event I have been at this year. In fact, at one event, I got his representative to admit that mcCain didn’t represent his views! It was funny. Anyway, JD Hayworth will be there I’m sure. It’ll be fun.

I really enjoyed Lake Havasu (sp) the two times I visited. During June or July, wouldn’t Flagstaff temps be more comfortable?

The last time I was in Lake Havasu City it was only 105 degrees. It was pleasant, but of course, that was after midnight.
