A top Department of Homeland Security official reportedly said his agency will not necessarily process illegal immigrants referred to them by Arizona authorities.
John Morton, assistant secretary of homeland security for U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, made the comment during a meeting on Wednesday with the editorial board of the Chicago Tribune, the newspaper reports. "I don't think the Arizona law, or laws like it, are the solution," Morton told the newspaper. The best way to reduce illegal immigration is through a comprehensive federal approach, he said, and not a patchwork of state laws. The law, which criminalizes being in the state illegally and requires authorities to check suspects for immigration status, is not "good government," Morton said.

I went through the immigration process and saw a ICE guy.
I told him that I knew of several pubs and restaurants hiring illegals in Boston as I had to work up there sadly.
To my amazement he told me that they do not go after people lie that only the ones who break the law .
I told him that they are breaking the law as an immigrant I know that full well
He then said before he walked away, “ well it’s people like drug smugglers we go after and big times criminals
I stood there with my wife and said why the hell did I just pay over two grand, go back to my country of birth a couple of times to do paper work and do these interviews etc.
what a complete sham all of this is and why the hell are people like me following he law when others get rewarded fro breaking it
you know what I worked to become America and I ma proud of both,
Maybe if they worked for it they might value being here more so
