Keep a koran and the tollfree hotline to CAIR in your pocket. You’ll be out in a matter of hours, and apologized to.

I think that if that happened to me I would call Maricopa County Sheriff’s office. They are the only law enforcement group in the area I would tend to trust.

His employer meanwhile posted notices warning other workers to run away if they saw David and call police How is this not libel?
We cannot say how his life will be affected by this incident, especially now that, thanks to the NRA and the Brady Campaign joining forces, "mental health" records are being sent by the states to the Obama administration.
Is this true? I'd like to see the NRA defenders explain this one.

Just yell out “Que?” And they’ll probably put you on Medicaid and let your kids go to college for free.

Obama said he met with executives so he knew whose ass to kick. He has violent tendencies, and he needs mental health counseling. And the report needs to be forwarded to his administration.

"His gun purchases were long planned and the result of some extra cash he had on hand because of a tax refund. David already owned other firearms. But the State Police, after approving his purchases, contacted local law enforcement in what, at this time, appears to be a blatant violation of the law. And because his employer accused him of being "disgruntled," his perfectly legal gun buys became the excuse for an unlawful and unwarranted attack on his freedom and property." And there is why I want no part of a C&C permit nor will I own any guns, its also why I don't buy ammo over the Internet.
Oh yeah nor do I ever buy ammo anywhere else.
Really, I never do!
Nope not a bit...

In Oregon, a firearms purchase made through a dealer requires the approval of the Oregon State Police. Lesson for all in Oregon to take from this:
Never buy a firearm through a dealer in Oregon. Cross the state line to purchase or purchase used firearms from a private owner.
Also get involved in state politics and combat all politicians that are anti-gun. Get out and support pro-gun politicians. This means financially, with your feet and with your pen.
We no longer have the luxury of sitting on the sidelines we need to get down and dirty with the people that want to take away our rights.

Don’t the feds understand that by making gun purchases illegal they will force desperate people into “back alley” gun purchases?

The Oregon State Police is currently holding hearings across the state, reviewing possible fee increases for services provided by the agency - including conducting background checks on firearms purchasers. State law currently mandates that the buyer must pay the $10 fee for this service, and OSP maintains records on individuals cleared for purchases. NRA-ILA strongly opposes OSP's proposal to nearly TRIPLE that fee to $28, as well as the agency's plan to continue registering legal firearms purchasers. Excerpted from an NRA-ILA alert going around. Emphasis mine.
Seems to me the State Police ought to be keeping records on those banned from firearm purchases.

Well, they will only find 2 cheap guns. The rest they are going to have to search for and they will never in a million years find them. They are going to need a boat or plane to get them.
