General McChrystal: Now is your time to stand up for your country
Post & Email ^ | June 22, 2010 | Sharon Rondeau

General, ABC News has reported that you were “disappointed” in your first meeting with Obama after he was illegally installed in the White House. Well, we, the American people, will be even more disappointed if you do not uphold your oath to support and defend the Constitution of the United States and confront this usurper who is like a cancer on our nation. Or are you part of the corrupt military establishment which has carried on this national nightmare in which our republic is systematically being destroyed?

You have a choice. You could assume the distinct honor of demanding the arrest of Obama and all of his illegitimate cronies tomorrow. You could use this opportunity to save America, or you can continue to play along with Obama’s pretense of eligibility and authority because it is the easy way out. Which will it be?

Which will it be, General?

Obama is a disaster as a president - but he is the legitimately elected president

You must be kidding.

You must be kidding.

I'm not - if someone wants to provide real proof that he isn't, plenty of members of Congress would be happy to get it and begin impeachment proceedings. Until then, we should be concentrating on removing Obama's Congressional majorities this fall, and sending Obama home in 2012. Fantasies about the military removing a president aren't just unrealistic, we should pray they never become realistic.

Well Generals did it to Bush and the country managed to survive. Why is it that Generals can only critize Republican presidents?

We already had the coup. We have an usurper and a Saudi agent. They are destroying The Constitution.

There’s no honor in engaging in banana-republic tactics that make a mockery of the concepts of democratically elected leadership and civilian control of the military.

Our country has become a banana “republic” run by Chicago thugs, ACORN, “gay” activists, marxists and leftists of all stripes, rife with bribery, threats, backrood deals and illegalities galore; topped off with an ineligible “president” sitting in the White House who may very well be not even a US citizen of any kind at all.

The general had a Patton moment(s).

I think the RS guy was with him for over a month --that would preclude a slip of the tongue etc

This is completely different and even the most experienced military guys are saying it - sadly. Even borderline personal ridicule of the CIC is not good coming from the commander in the field and can be considered rank insubordination. It is a breakdown in command and military discipline. And to read it in the Rolling Stone? McCrystal should have known better - and I suspect he does. I would not be surprised if he knew the firestorm was coming.

I don't get your exclusivity observation with respect to Republican Presidents. Patton/Roosevelt, MacArther/Truman, Westmoreland/Johnson. Each challenged, in different ways - but not in this way.

It was a reference to the Rolling Stones article. It was suggested that “Bite Me” is the nickname for Biden among the General’s inner circle.

(But I do bite myself when I snore at night. I bite my tongue. Some would say that is a good thing!)

Biting one’s own tongue really hurts and for some reason (swelling?) encourages more of the same. I try to avoid it.

No one here is calling for a coup. If it were discovered that Obama is NOT a natural born citizen then he is NOT president. He would be lawfully removed and prosecuted for massive fraud. At every stage the rule of law would be peacefully followed and upheld.

Allowing a non-natural born citizen to remain in the White House trashes the rule of law and grinds the Constitution into the mud of tyranny.

Officers’ oaths are to the Constitution, not a person. And they swear to protect the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and *domestic*.
