>> Whose job is it? RNC?

NRSC (Cornyn is the chair.)

Not that I have a ton of confidence in his abilities.

The asinine Republicrats should have fielded a conservative.

Unfortunately we’re going to once again deserve what we get.

And where did start? She had a major lead and allowed Reid’s team to set the agenda. A good communications and tactics team would have Reid buried right now.

HTF do you wind up trailing Reid with the state of the US and the actions of his party?

You can only help people who accept help. The article says she won’t take advice.

>> Might they actually want Reid to keep the seat as an example of what happens when the voters pick the unapproved candidate?

Could the (R) establishment be that cynical?

Of course they could.

I have heard “old guard” (R)s denigrate new conservative candidates in ways that would make you blush. Big government (R)s become quite well off from pork and corporate welfare and they do NOT want it to go away.

What bothers me is seeing closet liberal Freepers posting negative things about her... I think Angle is a breath of fresh air. I hope she trounces the old bumbling socialist Harry Reid.

Strangely enough, there is another dynamic here.

While most people on the right would love to see that idiot Harry gone, there is the nightmare scenario to consider:

we don't win the Senate, defeat hapless Harry, and end up with Smuck Schumer as the head of the Senate. He's even more liberal and much better at using the media.

The reality is - you'd really only want Hapless Harry gone if we are ASSURED of taking the Senate. Otherwise it's better to have that bugling fool remain in charge.

Reid has 10 times the $$ as Angle. He obviously will try to set the agenda and flood the field. She has been hammering back very effectively, IMO.

Hire Rush, Levin and Hannity as consultants. Get crackin’. Harry MUST go.

Unfortunately, she needs to clear the bar by a significant enough margin to overcome the expected voter fraud. In the end, passion may carry the day and still give her the win.

I lost faith in the electorate quite a while ago. And it was sealed in 2008.

The answers to our problems are not political.

Who is John Galt?

Primaries are easier for more zealous candidates becuse their proponents are highly motivated. The backers of the guy she beat are not as motivated for Angle and Reid is a veteran with a highly organized campaign and lots of $$$ and union workers. Her positions resonate well with her followers and here on FR, but touching Soc Security while running in Nevada where half the population are seniors from Ca. is not campaign smart. I don’t see her winning and Reid knew what he was doing when he backdoored support to her primary campaign. At least Schumer won’t be majority ldr.

Oh - thanks for the clarification - I missed that part. Doesn’t sound like a team player - it’s not about her but our country.

Real simple, get rid of the campaign consultants, eliminate TV advertising, mobilize volunteers and hit every door in Nevada and she will win!

You made good points. Overall she is suffering from what could emerge as the GOP’s biggest problem. GOP leaders have not articulated what candidates should run on so they are freelancing.

WHY?

Why do any of you get so upset when you see these LYING PPP polls?

PPP hasn’t gotten ANY Poll right. Ever. They are not even a polling company, they are a PUSH POLL company whose only goal is to MANIPULATE the results.

Rasmussen has her LEADING. Do not buy any so called poll by PPP.

For the luv !!
