If voters go for reid, regardless of who is against him, they deserve what they get.

That's true of any Democrat they elect. But in this case we've put a rank amateur and an inexperienced staff up against a career politician and his machine. And they seem to be making a mess of it. Admittedly they have three months to pull themselves together. But they also have three months to self-destruct even more. Time will tell which one it will be.

Oh right: thanks for the clarification.

Still, the +7 is from Rasmussen, not PPP. Room for hope.

John Galt is a fictional character and neither Rand nor her philosophy can save us. We are more like Sampson than Atlas. Our strength and our future are inextricably intertwined with our core principles and the Creator by whom we have them. Abandon those principles, the foremost of which is the inalienable right to life, and the secret strength we have from God ebbs from us, the contract broken, our freedoms chained. Return to those principles, return in humility to the Creator who first empowered us, and we may yet bring down the house of tyranny.

Worthy objective, extraordinarily difficult. I have dallied with third parties, and you cannot believe how much it is like herding cats. And that’s not counting the fringies who really go off into the weeds. I don’t like the two-party system, and George Washington recommended against it, precisely because of the loyalty problem, but we really don’t have enough time to whip a third party into shape. Reagan Conservatives/Constitutionalists can run under any party banner if they can get enough votes. It’s really true: All politics is local.

Yes when people point out shes trailing i tell them i am waiting for the next Rasmuessen poll.
Still, her damage is self inflicted. Never should have come to this. We should be wondering where Reid was retiring to by now.

If those STUPID NEVADANS VOTE FOR REID AGAIN, they will get the EMBARRASSMNET THEY DESERVE!

It's a lot bigger than Nevada. The rest of the country will suffer with the AH in office.

I just wonder about the mindset of the typical person who is a Reid supporter. Who are they? Which makes them tick. Why do they support this wretched POS? Do they have any sense at all? Do they all work in Las Vegas Casinos doing janitorial and service work and are therefore uneducated. Who are they? Who are they?

There have been 16 polls taken since December for the NV Senate race.

Out of these 16, only 3 groups have polled: Daily Kos, Rasmussen, Las Vegas Review Journal

Ignore the polls you are hearing until we can have an actual spread from objective pollsters... maybe by September. :)

>> In reality Angle is probably whipping Reid like a Turkish dancing bear.

I get a little tingle down my leg when I hear that. Do you think there might be something wrong with me? :-)

She’s going to beat the moron Harry like a used bongo.

I want this & McLame to go down but (sorry) I have no faith in this 50 yr indoctrination & corruption that this once great nation was & I'll go on record that these worthless POS will be back. I'll continue to tell all here to prepare for a commie state. If there is no true outright revolution we will just lose every freedoms within 5 yrs. We will be a total dictatorship all run by the oligarchs.

YES! I chat with them everyday. They are being told to vote for Reid by their union bosses. A number of them tell me that Angle wants to discontinue social security. They have been lied to and are like sheep going to the slaughter.

Angle +7 is an old Rasmussen poll. A couple weeks later she was +3.
Mason Dixon has Reid +7, PPP Reid +2
She is not a strong candidate to capitalize on Reid’s weaknesses. This is what happens when primary voters don’t think ahead to the general.

PPP hasn’t gotten ANY Poll right. Ever.

Uh, okay. I've been watching PPP for a few years now, and once thought about them as you do, but in match-up polls they've been pretty decent.

On issues polls, it's arguable, and their analysis of their own poll data is undoubtedly a joke, exactly what you'd expect out of a bunch of liberals, but on the match-ups, I have yet to see anything wildly off.

“Smarty”? The only person to make a wise crack has been you with your “human” response from above.

You said this in reference to this article on Sharron Angle: “The asinine Republicrats should have fielded a conservative. Unfortunately we’re going to once again deserve what we get.”

Given the incredible amount of attention Sharron Angle has gotten here on Free Republic and elsewhere and high praise for being the solid conservative “Tea Party” choice, I just couldn’t understand how you could make that kind of a comment. She is probably the most conservative a candidate can be...which is different from the issue whether or not she is running a good campaign. Hence, why I thought you must be confusing this race with another race.
