US PRESIDENT Barack Obama’s popularity in the Arab world has plunged dramatically since he delivered his conciliatory address to Muslims in Cairo in June 2009.
In an annual poll sponsored by US think tank the Brookings Institution, more than 60 per cent of respondents in half a dozen Arab countries said they had a negative view of Mr Obama and the US while only 20 per cent had a positive view. In April-May 2009, 45 per cent of those polled were positive about him and US policy in the region.

The survey seemed to make a half hearted attempt to find out why, but only a half hearted attempt. The surge in a positive view of Iran’s nuclear arms program may suggest the reason, that they simply see Obama as weak. They are cheering whoever puts on a better show of being the Big Dog. There was a difference with Bush; they may have hated him but they never held Bush in contempt.
The “arab” world? Zogby has a problem with calling a spade a spade: it’s the Muslim world and the monster neo ottoman nuclear seeking genocide supporter Erdogan has supplanted Obama as most popular among Muslims.

No, I don’t believe the polls. They are set up to make us think bambi is NOT a muslim, when we all know he is. Decoy piece....they paid his way through Harvard and set him up with money to win the election....they got their sharia Kagan on the SC now...Got their victory mosque going up now.....everything is falling right in place....allowing all the muzzies over the Mexican border....Just saying that’s what I think....Never believe Zogby on Arabs....never.
