How many different name is President Obama legally authorized to use?

Is his legal name Barack Hussein Obama II, Barack Hussein Obama (without the designation "II" indicating Barack Obama Jr.), Barry Soetoro or Barack Hussein Obama Soebarkah?

All of these names appear in various documents produced since 2008 regarding Obama's life story and his passport records.

The White House has refused to release Obama's long-form birth certificate filed at his birth that lists the hospital where he was born and the name of the physician who attended the birth. Also, the White House has refused to disclose to the public his passport and travel records as maintained by the U.S. State Department.

The White House released this week a video displaying Obama's passport, but the name displayed does not match the name on the Certification of Live Birth, or COLB, prominently displayed on websites favorable to Obama during the 2008 presidential campaign.

In a thread that drew over 1,000 comments to a Politico.com article yesterday by former President George W. Bush speechwriter Josh Gerstein, titled "Don't look, birthers: Obama's passport," was the following comment:

I don’t think that “II” or “Jr.” are part of anyone’s legal name. Traditionally, the oldest carrier of a name in a given family does not use “Jr.,” “II,” “III,” etc. William F. Buckley, Jr., notwithstanding. Since Hussein, Sr., has been dead for decades, quibbling over Hussein’s “II” just makes birthers look silly.

But, it seems to others more knowledgeable than me, that this call is also an oath to Islam and that if you say it, or wish to convert, this is what you say and THIS IS WHAT he did say:

The first few lines from the "call to prayer" is the shahada. The shahada is not from the koran. It is from the hadiths. Furthermore, it is the SWEARING OF AN OATH to islam. Non-Muslims wishing to convert to Islam do so by a public recitation of the creed.

It is also an oath EVEN if you are tricked or forced into reciting it and even if you wish to renounce it, you can NOT do so without fear for your life.

It goes like this:
"Ash-hadu -an-la-ilaha illal-laha, wa ash-hadu anna Mohammad-an Abdo-hu wa Rasulo-uhu wa ash-hadu anna moulana ali-un –vasi-un wa vazir-ah.”


It literally means:

And it ALSO means that obama knew exactly what he was saying, knew exactly what it meant, and had no qualms about calling it the most beautiful sound on earth. As with most things, it was a message to his brethren and a finger in the eye of what obama considers stupid Americans.

If after what you have seen; if after what you now know about Obama and his policies, here and elsewhere, and you still question whether obama is a muslim, you are too stupid to vote.

Interesting comment - it seems like Arizona is proposing to change it's Birth Certificate format to make the suffix a part of the legal name. At present, it is not.

The passport is a red herring. Being born a British Subject of a British Subject father means Barack the son is even further from Constitutional eligibility than McCain, and possibly, like the other 2008 presidential candidate, Roger Calero, not even a citizen. “Born on the soil of citizen parents.” George Washington, Ben Franklin, John Jay, John Marshall, Morrison Waite, Horace Gray, John Bingham, Charles Evans Hughes. “Watch my hand, the one with the key to an amazing long form birth certificate!” Will the key make his father a citizen, as required for our presidency?

I just whipped out my U.S. Passport and Obama’s is missing something….

On the line where it says “Place of Birth”….

On that same line, it first asks:

Sex/(Sex in French)/Sexo (then followed by) Place of birth/(Place of birth in French)/Lugar de nacimiento

This may sound like a small thing to you folks, but it isn’t. His U.S. Passport does not read like mine, and it should.

It also doesn’t have the background full of six sided figures in reddish, bluish, and purplish light tones.

I know several people who are “Juniors” or “the third”, and they have II, or III on their driver’s licenses and social security cards.

That tells me their full, legal, registered name.

I even know one guy who has “Esq.” on his TDL. Weird, ain’t it?

I went back and looked at my previous outdated U.S. Passport issued in 1994 (expiration date 2004).

1. The format of my old passport is very different from my latest. The latest is the format Obama and his crooks tried to imitate but failed.

Here is another shocker. I want to see McCain’s latest U.S. Passport. It will say he was born in Panama…and before that, it will state he was born in the Canal Zone.

2. Since the Canal Zone did not go over to Panama until 2000, my outdated passport states I was born in the Canal Zone. My present one states I was born in Panama as McCain’s will show the same thing.

In each case, I'll bet the the person with the Sr. or I suffix is still alive. Once he or she dies, the Jr. and II suffixes get removed, and III gets changed to II.

If you go back to the Birth Registration (not Birth Certificate) that was released by the Daily Kos, Obie’s was Obama II (named after his father). If the “II” is part of his actual name (as per Hawaiian birth registration records), how is it that this is missing from the currentpassport ? Something doesn’t compute here. Can any of the leftist apologists explain what’s going on here, and why their hero’s actual name isn’t shown?
