I do like employers who make accomodations for people’s moral stands. In this case, it appears to me this person is trying to game the system.
Disney prides itself on creating an atmosphere where people can forget about the world outside.
This employee is demanding Disney forfeit one of it’s most important principles, to allow her to remind folks of a problem group of people who are causing problems all over our nation. Disney has every right to wish to avoid this.
I respect that very much too. In fact, in this instance I think Disney prevails. To hell with this jackass.

I vote for Sepacu. She should also try to convince a dozen friends and relatives to try it also.
Disney has an enormous budget, with lots of attorneys in-ouse and on retainer. The fees for this case would not be outrageous. In fact, it should be dismissed on motion.
It’s really simple. They ad a contract she agreed to that included a dress code. Se cose not to abide by tat contract. She claims religious discrimination. Disney’s dress/costume codes preclude any and all religious symbold. They offered a variety of accommodations, i.e. several different headpieces that would accommodate any alleged religious requirement, and a change of position to one that does not involve meeting the public. She declined all of them. She should be let go for breach of contract.
Some company, somewhere, some time, will have to stand up to this shakedown. Better a big, highly visible company like Disney than a smallish mom and pop operation that no one ever heard of. The latter would have to cave; Disney doesn’t.

When at that cafe last Saturday I wondered if that person was one of the costumed characters who walk around! Seriously her Headgear would not fit in there at all. Great brunch though, especially the pork sausages and bacon prominent on the buffet.

Cute, but this makes it seem like Mohamhed wanted to boink any passing 9 year old girl, which is manifestly false. Mo felt strongly about the sanctity of marriages - at least the first four. He married Aisha at age 6 and then waited until she was 9 to boink her, and she wasn't just any passing girl. She was his wife, (well, one of 'em) so don't make it sound like he wanted to couple with any old (or young) gal.
