The electronic filing is just the A copy. You still have to stuff the B copy in an envelope and mail it to the recipient. Keep the C copy on file for at least 3 years.
So you're a senior citizen and the government says no health care for you, what do you do? Our plan gives anyone 65 years or older a gun and 4 bullets.
You are allowed to shoot 2 senators and 2 representatives. Of Course, this means you will be sent to prison where you will get 3 meals a day, a roof over your head, and all the health care you need! New teeth, no problem. Need glasses, great. New hip, knees, kidney, lungs, heart? All covered. (And your kids can come and visit you as often as they do now).
And who will be paying for all of this? The same government that just told you that you are too old for health care.
Plus, because you are a prisoner, you don't have to pay any income taxes anymore.

Small businesses don’t have the time & expertise to deal with electronic filing.
It is beyond the scope of most bookkeepers. It is beyond the investment ability of small business to have to get the software & training, etc, to fulfill this requirement.
The Feds are lucky they get as many 1099’s as they do right now. This will be an unholy mess.
Kind of what I thought. Our daughter is a 1 person IT business owner, already the bookkeeping is getting beyond what she can do. This will not help at all. She doesn’t have the time any more to do the bookkeeping (she is very customer orientated), so she’s had to hire a bookkeeper. From what you’ve stated the bookkeeper may not be able to comply with obamacare’s requirements. GIVE US A BREAK FIRE EVERY DEM ON THE HILL!
