Republican Ron Johnson now leads incumbent Democrat Russ Feingold by 12 points in Wisconsins race for the U.S. Senate.
The latest Rasmussen Reports statewide telephone survey of Likely Voters shows Johnson picking up 54% support, while Feingold, who is running for his fourth term in the Senate, gets 42% of the vote with leaners included. Two percent (2%) prefer some other candidate, and two percent (2%) more are undecided. (To see survey question wording, click here.)

“This means that Finegold will win 55% to 54%.”
LOL!
Sadly the people of AZ rewarded the other half of MCCain Feingold. The law that gave the Dems Congress in 2006/2008 and that got the muslim elected.
“Yes, I called it a ponzi scheme, because it is. Feingold and the other Washington politicians spent all the money that was supposed to be in the trust fund.”
I LOVE IT!! Hit them back HEAD-ON. Don’t apologize for telling the truth - use their ad to make your point.
I’m surprised that it’s not a 30 point margin.
Here’s hoping. A 20% or 30% win would be amazing. We can do it everywhere
I think it leans Republican only because this is the first poll that shows such a large margin. Another couple of weeks of similar results and it will move to solid Republican.
With this type of margin ACORN and the SEIU will be hard pressed to manufacture the votes needed for Feingold to win.
This helps with House seats there, especially the one to win David Obey’s seat where we have an excellent candidate in Sean Duffy.
Obama has made some appearances in Wisconsin lately, I believe.
What an effect!!!!!!
This surprises me. I’ve always thought Feingold’s seat was as solid as the hiccup’s and that it was Feingold’s for life if he wanted it.
I’ll believe he loses when it actually happens.
*LMAO*
Was this done POST-Hussein rally in Madison/Leningrad?
Yes. The rally in Madistan was on Tuesday. Feingold did show up at the rally, counter to reports. Rasmussen survey was done on Thursday.
Doesnt look to good for finegold. McCain is next.
I can’t imagine what is happening to the people of WI. They have been apologizing for Joe McCarthy for a generation now, even when the old Soviet records said he was right!
