Why Did Media Ignore Threat of 'Flag of Islam' Flying Over the White House?

Imagine the furor if a televangelist went on TV and told viewers Christianity would conquer the world and that the flag of Christianity would fly over the White House.

Network reporters would seize the moment as an example of the evils of America’s supposed Christian theocracy. Radical Islamists would likely do as they did during the Koran burning episode or after the Danish cartoons were published. People might die.

Thankfully, that didn’t happen. What did happen is far scarier.

ABC News held a townhall meeting, bringing on experts to ask the question: “Should Americans fear Islam?”

Thanks to ABC, we know the answer. Americans absolutely should. One of the network’s “experts” was Muslim cleric Anjem Choudary. His comments bore out everything conservatives criticize about radical Islam. “We believe the East and the West will be governed by the Sharia,” Choudray said. “Indeed we believe that one day the flag of Islam will fly over the White House.”

According to Choudary, “Islam has a solution for all of the problems that mankind faces.”

You don’t need to read between the lines to know what he was talking about. That is, if you could find those lines anywhere. Our "unbiased media" have done almost nothing with the story. No network used the clip except ABC and that was just in its original program.

[Instead] ABC, which aired the program, tried to spin things against conservatives.

If you laid all of the lefty/media attacks against the right end to end, they’d probably reach all the way to Mecca.

But when a representative of radical Islam goes on a major network and calls for global domination, you’d think that would make news. Instead, all we got was ABC chastising conservatives like the Rev. Franklin Graham for pointing out the dangers of radical Islam.

Christianity is a religion, and it doesn't have a flag, nor a governing philosophy, and would never be able to "take over" a government.

Islam IS a political movement, and could fly it's flag over the White House.

So the hypothetical is meaningless.

I believe out “betters” have decided on their (our) global religion, and it is Islam. Islam has none of those messy rights and freedoms we enjoy and it certainly doesn’t believe in the sacredness of individuals as independent creations of God. What better religion for the serf/slave class of the New World Order than a totalitarian repressive system where everyone is a slave to someone else and all are slaves of their “god”. If anyone gets out of line, kill them. Our new master’s of course, will be above these petty matters (or so they think). I think our progressive friends are too clever by half, thinking they will not be consumed by the tiger they would unleash among us. They too will find out, too late, that Satan isn’t looking for partners. It will be small consolation to us who will be swallowed by the maelstrom they are working to create.

We cannot allow this to happen or our children will rightfully curse us for our bloodless submission.

All of this is quite unsettling and makes one wonder why nobody ever challenges anything they say (or do) but unfortunately, none of it is surprising.

as a Christian - you know this as well - We have been taught about LIFE - but Islam is about DEATH. A big difference between them and us. I never wanted to be grouped in a set of mind that looks at a problem like that. However, it’s true. Islam is what Satan would want upon the Earth as a religion. They say one thing - but do another.

Does not evil work in this fashion?
Why attack the followers of the Son of God?
Why dominate and humiliate the one side of humanity that brings life into this world? (I’m talking about women) -
Is this not an attack upon the Sacred and Blessed Mary?

Sure this stuff is scary - but until I had to face this threat daily - face-to-face - I did not fully understand the nature of evil - and how it can look normal up close - but deadly so far away.

Learn about the enemy - and tell others! We must win this!!!
