Commander Fitz Could Use Your Help; Walter Fitzpatrick Arrested

Lt. Commander Walter Fitzpatrick III (US Navy Ret.) has been arrested by the Monroe County Sheriffs Department. http://www.thepostemail.com/2010/10/27/monroe-county-gestapo-beat-and-taser-retired-naval-commander/

Readers are probably aware that Mr. Fitzpatrick ("Commander Fitz") has been in a longstanding "feud" with the Monroe County judicial (and law enforcement) system. The disagreement first broke over Commander Fitz's attempt to bring Barack Obama to trial as being Constitutionally ineligible to be POTUS, but soon spread into a battle with the Monroe legal system -- specifically the Grand Jury system. http://canadafreepress.com/index.php/article/22276

According to an AP report, Mr. Fitzpatrick was arrested (Wednesday, Oct. 27) because he missed a court appointment scheduled for last Friday. I, and a number of others, have written about Mr. Fitzpatrick in the past, and I'm here to tell you that he is one gentleman that dots every "i" and crosses every "t" when it comes to legal matters. There is just no way in the world that he would have missed a court date intentionally -- if he had been informed of it (IMHO). http://www.wrcbtv.com/Global/story.asp?S=13404199 http://americangrandjury.org/judge-orders-arrest-of-ltc-walter-

Seeing as how Jim Miller, the chairman of the Monroe County election commission, was found dead in the trunk of his car last summer, Commander Fitz might appreciate a call to the powers that be (TPTB), just to check and make sure that things are on the "up and up" in Monroe County, Tennessee, and that Commander Fitz is in good health. You should be polite, of course. http://www.foxnews.com/us/2010/07/19/body-tennessee-election-official-trunk-burning-car/

Fitzpatrick is in a very tough spot since Attorney Pidgeon has withdrawn from his case with only a month before trial. Monroe County is one of the most Corrupt counties in the most corrupt State in the Nation, Tennessee.

Very strange, FRiend. I’ve questioned Commander Fitz’s tactcs, but honestly, I don’t know enough about this bizarre situation.
