Can I get a waiver to rob banks? Really this is just as ridiculous. It is an out right admission that some chosen people can be above the law. Oh-I definitely think that Obama care should be tossed into the pits of hell. But our system of law has become so corrupt that we really are becoming a banana republic.
If Obama’s socialized medicine law were so great, then why are waivers needed? It’s a tacit admission that this thing is an economy-killer. My company alone has told us that this new law will cost the company 1.4mm more this next year (this excludes normal premium increases).

Well, sure, you can concentrate on the unexpectedly high number of waivers that are needing to be granted for businesses, but aren’t you forgetting the pressing need of getting ObamaCare passed in order to help the little guy?
Just look at all the people who are having their lives put back together after being steamrolled by the laissez faire “no preexisting conditions” tyranny

This isn’t what HHS promised in July, when it estimated it would be insuring 375,000 people by now, and as many as 400,000 more every year. HHS even warned that it would bill private carriers for any claims if HHS decided that they had cancelled coverage to dump costs on the government. That outcome would certainly be in keeping with Mr. Obama’s caricature of rampant discrimination against the sick.
Yet that hasn’t happened. The HHS plan has flopped despite generous benefits and taxpayer subsidies that offset at least 65% of the total cost, sometimes more. Coverage is issued to anyone who has been turned away by even one insurance company or has been uninsured for longer than six months, and premiums vary only by age, not health status. In essence, HHS created a program that is designed to operate at a loss and still can’t lure the customers it thought would come streaming its way.
Couldn’t businesses that don’t get a waiver sue due to apparent inequal application of the law?

At this rate, the Republicans won't HAVE to repeal ObamaCare.
What’s one of those waivers cost these days? This will be another tool Obama can use to reward his friends and punish his enemies.
It seems obvious that when government gets THIS oppressive and tyrannical, and companies must depend on arbitrary 'waivers' from administration bureaucrats to stay afloat, we have a system that is ripe for 'kickbacks', 'greasing the skids', 'pay as you go', 'political contributions' and general corruption.
