How Scott Brown caved in on "Don't Ask Don't Tell"

Scott Brown's radical change of position on homosexuality in the military did not happen by accident. It was a coordinated campaign by the homosexual movement in Massachusetts.

We first got wind of it at the GLSEN conference held in Somerville this past March, where we had a person in attendance. (We are preparing a full report on that conference.) There was a workshop on repealing "Don't Ask Don't Tell". One homosexual serviceman talked about men having sex with each other in the barracks, and the officers looking the other way (a positive step, they indicated). They said they will be targeting Scott Brown in every way possible to get him to change his mind on the ban. "We will bombard Scott Brown's office," he told the group.

In addition, the national homosexual organization Human Rights Campaign appears to have been coordinating things in Washington and helped arrange for Brown to meet with "gay" servicemen. The ACLU was also involved, from at least one email of theirs we've seen.

But the real grunt work was done by in Massachusetts by MassEquality, which even organized phone banks out of their offices to coordinate calls from across the state.

Got a feeling if regular troops come across homo troops having sex it’s not going to end well.

This would be the REAL problem - not for the gays - our regular troops would be punished, charged with "hate crime" - court Martial, the whole dam bit.

It WILL decimate the military if it goes thru'

What is WRONG with the damnable republicans? We have to strong hand now - why give away everything? Just ride 'em out til Jan.

Disgusting - We really, but REALLY need to dump the rest of the rhinos in 2012 - including Brown.

Any officer caught “looking the other way” should be drummed out of the service.

If he got hundreds of repeal DADT calls, did he get ANY from conservatives telling him to oppose repeal???

A lot of complaining about his position, but how much positive action was done to counter this campaign?

The first time some homo gets his ass beat for whatever reason (even if it has nothing to do with him being a pole smoker), the media will turn it into a national feeding frenzy that will make Tailhook look like a sideshow.

JAG and civilian lawyers are going to have a cottage industry grow up around civil rights and discrimination lawsuits. Many careers will be ruined.

Open flamers in shared showers and cramped sleeping quarters. That’ll end well.

Faggotry will ruin the military. Just as it ruined the priesthood and just about everything else it touches - including the person who engages in it.

Brown, like the majority of New England pols, is a vapid douchebag. Who remembers the cadre of dullards here on FR calling for this jackass to be president?

“President Brown.” Oh joy.

That "sex in the barracks" story?
Good grief, that was a brazen lie from a lying faggot.

Or worse: DREAM Act for so-called tax cuts.

The NIGHTMARE ACT can be reversed. Once fudgepacking begins in the barracks there is no repeal.

All the pretty words ain’t gonna get around the reality that it Just. Won’t. Work in the field short of black sheep squadrons. Fellows who “looked away” for a couple of pervs making out in their midst aren’t going to take kindly at all to being personally propositioned.

At least Olympia and Susan will now have company.

Newly seated U.S. Senator Mark Kirk , so called "republican", Illinois will make Snowe/Collins/Brown, look down right conservative by comparison and he has a 10 year record in the House to prove it.

He is to the left of every other Senator and to the left of most democrats.

No doubt they have. I cannot control what others choose to do— but advise all in uniform or out when any “sexual assault” is suggested the response is to be immediate and exactly as one would respond to an enemy combatant on the field of battle. For in that moment when any person decides they have a right or the power to sexually assault another they cease to be a trusted member of our Armed forces-or even an American but instead by their choice they are the enemy and must be responded to as such. If the queers call that homophobic —
TOUGH they called me worse for less.

DADT for Tax Cuts is a HORRIBLE DEAL!!!

They will be in charge in a couple of weeks, and they wouldn't have to make any deal with perverts!!

This deal will show the Democrats that we are willing to throw our MORALS AWAY FOR MONEY!!

BAD DEAL, PUBBIES! STOP until you are in control!!

“Got a feeling if regular troops come across homo troops having sex it’s not going to end well.”

No, it would not go well. Sec Gates has quoted a poll stating that the majority of enlisted personnel no longer object of homosexuals in their ranks. That is probably correct. However, what is important is what the troops in the combat units think of this. These units, the one’s at the tip of the spear so to speak, are very macho, and tightly bonded, live together, party together, etc. It’s my opinion that within these units a poll would show a very unfavorable score to the question of allowing homosexuals in their ranks. And, this is where it matters - the point of the spear...

He’s one and done, but the question is will he recognize this and be a man or suck up to the Left and die a coward.
