Zelman was THE voice of Jews for the Preservation of Firearms Ownership, of which I am a supporter and member (they like Gentiles, too). He has written many fine and persuasive articles in support of our 2nd Amendment rights, including a seminal article that exposed the 1968 Gun Control Act's direct connection to Nazi gun control law.

Zelman's death was also eulogized today by David Codrea of The War on Guns, author Claire Wolfe at Backwoods Home Magazine, and blogger Mama Liberty of The Price of Liberty. Shalom, Aaron.

A Jewish American who understood that surrending oneself to the State is not right nor safe.

I first read his writings a decade ago and was very favorably impressed.He knew a jack-booted thug when he saw one,and wasn't afraid to speak out.I only dream the NRA had such leaders that truly belived in the 2nd for all Americans.

I wouldn’t say devastating. His work has spawned dozens if not hundreds of 2nd Amendment supporters who’ll continue the fight.

Many modern Sons of Liberty are to some degree Sons of Zelman. He’ll be missed, but the work will go on.

And like Isaiah, we need to remember that there be more with us than against us and I’m happy to have Aaron and the Hosts of Heaven on our side.
