Liberal Star Blogger Ezra Klein: Constitution ‘Has No Binding Power on Anything’ (Video)
Breitbart/MSNBC ^ | 12/29/2010 | Ezra Klein

Posted on 12/30/2010 5:54:03 PM PST by mojito

Huffpo/WaPo blogger "superstar" Ezra Klein reveals everthing that you knew was wrong with the left, including their claim that they're smarter and better educated than you.

This clownish juvenile deliquent who passes for informed opinion on the left is pleased to reveal that the Constitution is "over a hundred years old," and hence, out of date, irrelevant, and downright confusing.

Video at the link.

mojito: You got Klein right - Smug, clueless, moron, and just to show you that I like Marine Lee Ermy, an “asswipe”.

Klein writes a column for the Washington Post and it often sounds like he’s in the 8th grade.

If they ever do an Indie movie about his life, it will be entitled “Clueless 2”.

The stupidity of Ezra Klein is astonishing.

BO is NOT constitutionally qualified to be POTUS regardless of where he was born because by his own admission his dad was a British/Kenyan citizen.

There is a clear, concise and definitive statement in Vattel’s Law of Nations which was the principal legal treatise used by the Founding Fathers in writing the Constitution.

“The natural-born citizens, are those born in the country, of parents who are citizens... it is necessary that a person be born of a father who is a citizen; for, if he is born there of a foreigner, it will be only the place of his birth, and not his country.”

The stupidity of Ezra Klein is astonishing.

Last week he was touting the successes of the Massachusetts Medical System and how much better Obamacare would be.

Klein is not what most people think, a misguided semi cool radical ? Sorry, no. Klein is a liberal fascist, a propagandist of the first order in the tradition of Goebbels.

If Klein and all his journolist fellow propagandists disappeared by tommorrow, it would be no loss whatsoever.

Klein has no constitution connection? You Betcha! No one in the Obamam fascist movement does.

Klein and his ilk might be interested to know that the 85 newspaper essays which came to be known as THE FEDERALIST were written by Madison, Hamilton, and Jay as explanations of the Constitution to farmers in upstate New York.

Thomas Jefferson's records indicate that they were designated by the Board of Visitors of his University of Virginia to be taught there as the text for its law school. "'The Federalist'", the Board minutes indicate, "constitute 'an authority to which appeal is habitually made by all, and rarely declined or denied by any as evidence of the general opinion of those who framed, and of those who accepted the Constitution of the U. S., on questions as to its genuine meaning.'" (Quoted from Thomas Jefferson's record of the meeting). (P. 225, "Our Ageless Constitution."}

Should Mr. Klein feel that he is up to reading and comprehending these explanations of this Constitution he finds to be so difficult and temporary in its construction, perhaps he might better understand the protections for liberty of that document so admired by generations of intellectual giants who love liberty throughout the world (including Sir William Gladstone).

As I said on another related post:
“If they cant understand the Constitution especially when assisted with the Federalist papers. Then they never could comprehend the tax code or the health care bill to name a few challenges for the lib’s.”

According to Klein, the Constitution is "over a hundred years old." I guess that means that the Constitution was ratified sometime between the administrations of Chester Arthur and William Howard Taft.

Now someone should just take away Klein’s “freedom of the press”, and watch him wail...liberals use the Constitution like atheists use the Bible, selectively and only when it benefits them.

Das Kapital and The Communist Manifesto are both also over 100 years old too. Can we throw those out as well?

Please?

"All the life's wisdom can be found in anagrams. Anagrams never lie."

I tried this with Ezra Klein's name and came up with only 25 anagrams, none of them meaningful at all. Figures. Oh, to see him in the Philadelphia Convention trying to put up his blogging powers against almost any one of the signers and getting bitch slapped to a whimpering pulp.

It’s not often you find a lefty that’s so refreshingly honest about his (her) beliefs.

He’d have been a pamphleteer in those days, and the pamphlets would have been found beneath many an outhouse.

Fine. Constitution is out.

Let’s shut down the Washington Post (among others) and lock up Ezra Klein, just for openers. No writ, no warrant, no due cause, no habeus corpus.

We have guns and fuel, we have land and skills, we have faith, principle, conviction and b@lls-—they got none.

Ezra et al.....let’s get this dance started.
