When Obama tries to put his name on the ballot in 2012, every state must refuse him unless he presents it, President or not! Be wiser this time. All candidates must be vetted.

Hawaii's privacy laws have long barred the release of a certified birth certificate to anyone who doesn't have a tangible interest.
Just so everyone can look and see the 13 "persons" who have a tangible interest, or can be granted one by a court of law, I'll give a link to the relevant statute...
§338-18 Disclosure of records.
Snip...(b)The following persons shall be considered to have a direct and tangible interest in a public health statistics record:
Snip...(b)(9) A person whose right to inspect or obtain a certified copy of the record is established by an order of a court of competent jurisdiction;

Sounds to me like the AG is being deceptive in his statement. But then again, I could be wrong.

The real question is; What kind of birth record is on file in Hawaii?

Didn’t Gov. Lingle say that she had seen the birth certificate 2 years ago? If so how is it that Abercrombie is having to LOOK for it? I don’t doubt that Hawaiian officials are accurately reporting that the document they saw says that AKA Obama was indeed born in Hawaii.

“Laws of the Territory of Hawaii ACT 96 To Provide For The Issuance Of Certificates Of Hawaiian Birth was in effect from 1911 until 1972 and allowed someone who was born outside the Hawaiian Islands to be registered as though he were born in Hawaii. Under that law, someone simply would have presented herself to the Hawaiian authorities and declared that the child was born in Hawaii.

If the records of his birth are an affidavit filed by relatives with no hospital validating the affidavit the question of AKA Obama's eligibility remains open and he might not have been born in Hawaii.

I think Dr. Fukimo(sp) and the eleven or so Health Dept. employees who were let go when Abercrombie took over, if they were smart, should all have made a copy of Obummer’s pertinent documents...insurance in a way. Possibly every government in the world has copies of the pertinent documents and are using them to work deals or protect themselves. There are probably more copies of Obummer’s birth certificate floating around than there are copies of the bible. Can’t understand why nobody has yet blabbed.

Can you imagine! The State of Hawaii would have no less then 5000 each of ABC, NBC, CBS, CNN, MSNBC,etc... royalty, staff and flunkies all screaming 24/7 till that piece of paper was seen by even the pygmies in the Philippines.

Also school and college records. Why is that so private? Didn’t we get that info from Clinton and Bush 43? So they can’t claim its because of racism. If Obama went to college by Government funded money, shouldn’t that information be made public if the public paid for it?
