A much-overlooked comment by Barack Obama is getting a closer examination now that Hawaii Gov. Neil Abercrombie has come up short in his plan to take care of a pressing election 2012 concern for the Democrats by producing Obama's birth certificate from the state's archives.
It was the comment by Obama himself at a 2009 international meeting that he was born eight months earlier than when his official story has claimed all along.
Freudian slip, confusion or the truth leaking out?
It was in April 19, 2009, at a press conference Obama gave at the Port of Spain in Trinidad and Tobago, Obama commented on a 90-minute diatribe that had been delivered by Nicaraguan President Daniel Ortega at the meeting the day before, and Obama suggested he was born in January 1961, three months before the Bay of Pigs invasion.
Specifically, Obama rejected Ortega's attack on the United States for the attempted Bay of Pigs invasion during the Kennedy administration by explaining: "I'm grateful President Ortega did not blame me for things that happened when I was three months old."

Of course, if it WAS January 8, 1961, that presents new problems and casts doubt that Barack Obama, Sr. was his dad (and face it, one of the oddities is that the “son” does not much resemble photos of the “father”). IIRC, Stanley Ann Dunham and Barack, Sr. met in August of 1960, making a January birth impossible.
This reminds me of Detroit mayor Kwame Kilpatrick. Even as more and more corruption was exposed, he hung on till the end. It was the local paper doing investigations and a text message that brought him down. Along with a legal system willing to do their job.
Not if there was a bill requiring that the embedded transaction logs be disclosed as well. That would show up both a forgery (if there is no BC as Abercrombie told his good friend) and/or amendments or manipulations (as the HDOH has indirectly confirmed for Obama’s birth certificate).
And if CITIZENSHIP RECORDS are required as well as birth records (including embedded transaction logs) then the tampering with Obama’s passport file in early 2008 will have to be aired publicly as well, so it can be known whether the information there has been manipulated.
Right now is when we need to be insisting that our state legislators pass such a bill. It’s not the time to be Eeyore; it’s time to actually DO something about the lawlessness.
I guarantee you that if just one state passed a bill like the one suggested at http://butterdezillion.wordpress.com/2011/01/14/please-encourage-your-state-to-pass-this-bill/ it would send shock waves to all our elected officials. Not just because of the implications for Obama, but also because it models a way that the people can actually have the ability to hold government accountable to the rule of law - unelected bureaucrats AND elected officials BETWEEN ELECTIONS.
I suspect that the reason Abercrombie has gone off the rails is because he originally planned to prepare the public to be shown a computer image of a forged long-form for Obama, in the hopes of state legislators concluding that they didn’t need to pass an eligibility bill. But when he realized that we would be asking legislators to pass a bill that would require the transaction logs to be disclosed in order to audit the lawfulness of the required documentation, he realized he could actually be held accountable to the rule of law.
Big-time backtracking to try to undo all the stuff he glibly did when he thought we could never catch him.
IOW, this issue - that people have so ridiculed or thought to be a pro-Obama tactic - may be the one issue that actually gets the crooks in government and media to be accountable to the law. It may be the one thing that allows the PEOPLE to monitor the lawfulness of politicians’ actions rather than their cronies in Congress.
This is about much, much more than just Obama. This bill is about accountability to the people and the rule of law - which doesn’t exist now. Rather than becoming cynical we need to DO something about it right now, because right now we can make a HUGE impact.

What is more nefarious than spitting on the US Constitution? Everything he’s doing to this country is in the same category as the fraud which gave him the power in the first place - it’s all spitting on the US Constitution.
We can try to pick off the heads of the thistle - the unconstitutional ways he has been “radically transforming” the country - but as soon as we pick off one head another will grow back to replace it. The only way to get rid of a thistle is to kill the roots. The root that allows Obama to do these unconstitutional things is the fraud and crimes that put him in the White House to begin with. Expose and pull up those roots and he will be stopped.
And the root which allowed the COUNTRY to suffer this communist coup is the failure of our system to hold government, media, law enforcement, and the courts accountable to the rule of law. Regardless of what happens with Obama we CANNOT allow those vulnerabilities to continue. This issue which has exposed how corrupt our systems are is the very issue which provides an “in” to address the root issues. Lawlessness and lack of accountability.
We need Congress to get rid of the heads of the thistle before the seeds blow all over and the country is buried. That’s what Congress needs to work on.
But while they handle the symptoms, we the people, working through our state legislatures, need to cut down the root that keeps producing more and more thistles and heads that threaten to take over the entire field at an exponential rate that no amount of scrambling in Congress can match.

If this was a simple as an amended long form to indicate a name change, then there would be no hesitation to release the original birth certificate showing that Barrack H. Obama was born at either of the two Honolulu hospitals, along with his adoption papers/amended certificate. Everyone already knows that he went by Barry Soetoro (or whatever) when he was adopted.
Even if he was gaming the system to start using his original birth name at some point in his life without filing the official paperwork to legally implement this, no one would care.
There is something much more serious with the lack of documentation at the HI department of health, and the lack of anyone ever coming forth from either hospital with respect to his birth records.

A FORGED birth certificate. After all, that tactic worked in 2008.
It’s possible that they’ve used a transposed date all along for obfuscation.
Looking at only the facts about his origins — few as they may be — opens up a whole new avenue of research. Is there any evidence whatsoever, other than his word, that he was born in August?
Other than the U of H transcript, does any evidence place Stanley Ann in Hawaii prior to 1962-3? Could those U of H courses be by correspondence?
Since his cleverly stated autobiography has been drummed into the public consciousness for 15 years, it’s hard to disregard all we’ve been told and stick to known facts.
There may be unscrubbed records under the alternate dates.
There was also a Facebook page, an official one for him, which no longer exists, and it had his age a couple years older or so.
I’d bet money he has a forgery ready to produce. Which is why a state law that only requires a BC to be produced won’t hold anybody accountable to the law. What we need is a law which also requires the TRANSACTION LOGS for the record to be disclosed, so it is readily apparent if the BC was created in 2010, or if it started out as Joe Blow in 1961 and was changed to Barack Hussein Obama II in October of 2008.
I think Abercrombie prepped the public for a grand unveiling of a (forged) long-form BC. But he was stopped dead in his tracks when he realized that a state law could be passed that would reveal any forgeries or tampering.
The legal question of Obama’s story all depends on the legal documents used to create his identity. We will never know what really happened unless and until those transaction logs are disclosed.
I know I sound like a broken record, and I’m pretty much tired of hearing my own voice on this already, but I can’t stress enough: PLEASE, we NEED to get at least one state legislature to pass a bill like the one at http://butterdezillion.files.wordpress.com/2011/01/final-short-form-eligibility-bill1.pdf or else Obama and his enablers are going to get away with all the crimes they’ve committed to get (and keep) him in the White House. PLEASE, everybody send a copy of that bill to your state legislator and ask them to introduce and pass that bill. Deadlines are coming up fast, and now is the time to act.

The lt governor’s office says there have been no legal name change orders to or from Obama, Dunham, Soetoro, or Sutoro.
We’ve all spent a lot of time speculating on what might have happened. From a legal standpoint, we have to go by what the records actually show. Right now the HDOH, Fukino, and Abercrombie have made so many conflicting statements and have broken so many laws and rules, that the only solid way to even start on the question of Obama’s story is to look at the transaction logs for his records. When did his name of Barack Hussein Obama II first show up in the records, and what is the history of that record?
Congress is not going to investigate this. Federal law enforcement under Eric Holder is not going to investigate this. State AG’s will only investigate it if forced to do so.
So what we need to do is force those transaction logs to be disclosed so the origin of the birth and citizenship claims can be tracked and we can know where the identity of Barack Hussein Obama II ever came from.

If we ever want to get sure answers, that is what we need to do. I’ve spent a lot of time being a “vexatious requestor” and at the end of all of it, all I can say is that IF THE HDOH HAS BEEN TRUTHFUL AND ACCURATE, then ..... At some point we have to find out if the HDOH has been truthful and accurate. That’s going to have to come through a state eligibility law that requires the provenance of the birth and citizenship records to be disclosed.

There is no doubt, that with the sudden and intense renewed interest in this scandal, the detractors who want this issue to go away would love for all of us to believe that the issue is as innocent as Obama simply changing his name back to his actual birth name, but not filing the form to dot the I’s and cross the T’s to reflect this.....MYSTERY NOT SOLVED.
