Obama: Corporate Profits "Have To Be Shared By American Workers" (video)

"If we're fighting to reform the tax code and increase exports, the benefits cannot just translate into greater profits and bonuses for those at the top. They have to be shared by American workers, who need to know that opening markets will lift their standard of living as well as your bottom line," President Obama told the Chamber of Commerce on Monday morning.

Zer0 needs to share the profits from his lame books with the American Taxpayers first. Show some leadership on the issue, Hussein.

Words of wisdom from a person who never even ran a lemonade stand when he was a kid—
or mowed lawns for money—
or sold Girl Scout Cookies.

This same person just gave permission for all the TSA gropers to unionize.

I want to live long enough to see him run out of Washington on a rail.

Excuse me Mr. President, but the American workers DO get their share of the profits, and they get it off the top, regardless of whether the businesses they work for make or lose money. It is called SALARY.

They are shared by the American workers - they get to keep their jobs.

Now if they want the same benefits as the people "at the top", they can put up some venture capital, go into business with a good idea and make it grow.

That's how it works, Obarry.

There is already profit sharing dumb@ss. It’s called a job. No profit, no job. Want real profit sharing, sell employee stocks. Own more stock, share more profit.

I wonder if Hussein thinks American workers should also share in corporate losses? If a company posts a net loss, should it be allowed to take back all the salaries, wages and benefits it paid to all its employees, during that year?

Typical world view of the ivory-tower socialist who never worked a day in his life at a real jobs. My son’s father-in-law met 0bama when he was running for POTUS, and shook his hand. Said he had the softest hands of anyone (male or female) he’d ever met. He just doesn’t get the real world.

I had professors in college that thought the same way. None of them were employable in the real world, either.

We are so screwed until we can get rid of this poser.

Right now we need to be increasing employment here in America. The best way of doing that involves simultaneously lowering the standard of living. The solution is not more education, sharing the wealth of executives, high tech, etc. The solution is bring jobs back to America that have been taken from us by countries that are able to do the same jobs cheaper. The solution will result in more people working in low paying jobs, which is better than no job at all. It will be better for individuals and better for the overall American economy and America’s position in the world.

So, let me understand this, when the company owner(s) profit they HAVE to share it with their workers? Does this mean that the workers HAVE to invest their own money in the company? In other words, when the company owner(s) have a loss, do all the employees have to toss their money into the company to make up the loss? /sarc

Another “Obamaism” Just what we all need...

American union ‘workers’ are voting themselves “PRESENT” most of the time. They do not exert any extra effort- nor do they try to learn something better to make more money at their company, or even a higher challenging job.

Just like NObama-—voting “PRESENT” is the limit of their imagination.

EVERY American ‘worker’ can participate in the ‘profits’ of any company:

BUY STOCK IN THAT COMPANY!!!!!

Giving ‘workers’ like those I knew in various union jobs when I was a kid more money to do the same childish tricks like putting coca cola bottles inside the door of a car at American Motors isn’t my idea of a person who truly care to make himself or herself a better life. They never seem to learn that most of their actions only COST the company money- & helps to drag down the profits. Punching in & out each other’s time cards is outright fruad- & occurs everywhere, even in white collar jobs.

The Unions seem to have a strangle hold on NObama.

No wonder there is so much vitriol aimed at Sarah Palin & Michelle Bachman.

I don’t think they have the same sympathy for the mindless jerks I had to work with.

That’s for sure look at the bail outs they saved his backer Warren Bafoon yet he keeps his money in tax exempt foundations and tells us to pay more. Then there’s life long democrat Lloyd Blankfein, etc. not only did we have to bail them out but now they are making money hand over fist via the Feds printing at the expense of jobs/savers and it’s causing inflation on food to boot.

I see where he is going....

He is trying to unwedge the capital that is on strike via "sharing" with the workers, and "invest" in green schemes and hire with them, I'll give you a Corp Tax Cut. His job numbers suck and he knows it, he wants a tit-for-tat.

Wait him out, any deal he makes would be socialistic. Don't bite Congress!

Omama is a socialist, communist, statist, radical Islamist who is tearing down our once great USA. He hates private capitalism and this “sharing” is actually a money grab to fatten the labor union bosses who contribute to the Democrats, only some crumbs are meant to be allowed to the union member wage earners.
