Yeah, I’ve heard great things about that piece.

Mine is an H&K USP Compact 40cal. A little over $700.00 three years ago, but I’m guessing over a thousand nowadays. And plenty of high capacity mags.

There seem to be allot of people who think a well made pistol must cost $600 $1,000. This is ridiculous. Particularly for CC.

I have several pistols, only one of which cost near $500. and it is a CZ 2075 RAMI, damn nice CC 9mm.

If you are truly interested in a nice, effective, and affordable pistol, particularly for CC, I would advise a BERSA Thunder .380 or the BERSA Thunder .380CC. I own both, never leave the house without at least one of them and have put thousands of rounds through both without one hiccup. In reality, their entire line, including the Firestorm line are good.

Just Google Bersa Thunder .380 for sale. They run around $265 - $325. I Have turned allot of my friends at my gun club onto these and now more than a dozen of them use these for CC and home defense. They all love them and you can not bea the price. If you want a similar pistol with a full punch they make a Carry 9MM and a .45. But, in all reality the .380 (9MM KuRZ)will stop most problems and is a damn sight easier to carry. I have had pistols that have been four and five times as expensive that have jammed, FFF, FFE, or simply where so touchy they required only top of the line ammo.

Check one out, you won't be disappointed.

The Springfield XD’s are made in Croatia. Some of their 1911’s are made in Brazil, and all of the 1911’s they manufacture in-house are made from slides and frames forged in Brazil.

Their M1 and M1A rifles have receivers made from imported castings, not domestic forgings.

One edition of Gun Digest a few year ago referred to Springfield Arms Inc. as a firearms importer.

The new (relatively) Ruger SR-40. 15+1 rounds. easiest shooting .40 S&W caliber pistol I’ve ever owned. Comes with two 15 round magazines. Picked mine up for $425. The handle (grip) feels like my 1911 Springfield.

I agree. A CZ82 is one of the best values out there right not. Completely ambidextrous, holds 12 rounds, aluminum frame so it is very light weight and the 9x18 round is hotter than a 380. The make a very good carry gun.

They also point very naturally for me so I hit well with one. I've been meaning to get a couple more...

Thank you. Any discussion of valued priced handguns that doesn’t include CZ is worthless.

RE: CZ 82 Its also easy to takedown and clean and built to last. Ammo is pretty cheap too. If you get it online.

No one mentioned the Beretta 92FS.

Read the thread title, then Google the price of the 92FS.

I'm surprised nobody has mentioned Glock.
