The links are to the US Dept of Justice Website
Look at the heading.
Here's a bit from the body of the email I received:
They have removed the Stars and Stripes and replaced the banner with a BLACK strip with the quote. "The common law is the will of mankind, issuing from the life of the people"
This quote is from C Wilfred Jenks a Socialist, British citizen and big labor, world workers rights union supporter. In the 1930's he was a leading proponent of the international law movement including Sharia Law. His goal was to impose a global common law which backed global workers rights. Jenks was also appointed to the ILO delegation to the San Francisco conference which established the United Nations in 1945.
How interesting?
You know, a book Jenks authored, an interview, or a speech he gave wherein he used the offending quote?
Could you do that?
I mean, you wouldn't send an e-mail like that without checking the facts first, would you?
Holder is a communist and he runs the joint.
So easy eaven a Hoplite could do the research? Gogg search reveals numerous links such as... http://www.americanthinker.com/blog/2010/08/department_of_justice_ditches.html
Expose the socialists BUMP!
From AS web:
“The redesigned website was launched without fanfare, but was noticed internally by several career lawyers, who spoke on condition of anonymity for fear of political reprisals. “We were told that the media team and the senior leadership that signed off on the design thought that the patriotic shtick from the Ashcroft days was a bit much for an agency that isn’t supposed to be political,” says a DOJ lawyer, who inquired about the redesign. “It was a real effort not to laugh at that.”
Link to archive of previous DOJ website with red, white & blue flag banner:
http://web.archive.org/web/20080708201613/http:/www.justice.gov/
Although the authorship of the quote I cannot verify, its philosophy is clear and its being the banner for the DOJ is a blatant warning that justice is malleable.
The Kennedy thing is 1 of 4 headlines. I think it’s more disturbing that they are advertising their “vigorous” defense of the Affordable Care Act. They choose to drop support of DOMA even though it’s been accepted law since the ‘90’s.
“The Affordable Care Act was enacted on March 23, 2010. This comprehensive health care reform law makes health insurance affordable for millions of Americans and protects them against potentially catastrophic medical expenses. This law has become the subject of several lawsuits challenging the constitutionality of the provision requiring Americans who can afford it to maintain basic health insurance coverage. The Department is vigorously defending the law in these cases.”
No politicizing here.....
+ 1
None of which serve to provide an actual citation for the quote.
Your "easy" is easy because it's incorrect, and merely amounts to "It's on the internet, it must be true!"
....and in time, when these images are retired, the first one says "Defending the Affordable Care Act" and "Statement of the Attorney General on Litigation Involving the Defense of Marriage Act".
How the F*** is Holder 'Defending the Affordable Care Act' when it is CLEARLY not a function of Justice, but instead is a function of lobbiests?
And people still think Obama is just cleaning up Bush’s mess.
The media are tow in hand with the PROGRESSIVE commicrats
Ping to the newest outrage:

We ought to start a pool to pick the day when Obozo will dump Holder.
He is an enormous liability with his radicalism; if 0 wants to keep Holder around, he’ll run off a whole lot of independent voters.
Not much will surprise me about these marxist ‘rats.
I may be outraged, and I may be [unladylike word]ed, but never again surprised.
The MSM won’t report the radical stuff Holder does - most independents will never have a clue. Must be nice to have the press in your pocket. Well for the liberals that is - for the press it makes them look like two bit whores.
The KSM case and the Black Panther case made Holder famous. And not in the way he wants to be.
“Justice bought and paid for, by pan-leninists. Soros.”
You got it right. Holder and king obuma are anachronisms who are living in 1917 Leninist Russia.
They’re so delusional they actually believe they can pull off a Bolshevik revolution.
Fat chance. Their “army” is made up of fat welfare mommas, 50 IQ rappers who can’t hold a glock straight and bed-wetting college kids.
This may get real ugly, ugly as in seeing the first American president found guilty of treason and sentenced to life in prison.
