Why not just ignore the EPA? Obama ignores the court system.

My reply to the Unions...”But—but—this is what you have demanding, angling for, donating to achieve, marching for, protesting for. How can you side yourselves with those EVIL corporate pirates and greedy businessmen?”
Welcome to the real world, fellows. Happy now?

Recently a coalition of labor groups wrote in a letter to EPA administrator Lisa Jackson that imposing the new EPA regulations would lead to "significant job losses around the country."

There's a lesson in there which we republicans have known forever, and it's known as "getting mugged by reality".

Now, if they could extrapolate that lesson into all of the other liberal policies/programs, then they'd have learned the lesson fully.

They're FINALLY realizing this?

Well, better late than never.

This is how we beat the enviros on this issue: promote it as environment v. jobs and environment v. ‘social justice’ (poor people, elderly, little kids).

Well, Obama said he was going to 'shut down the coal industry'.

Surprise, surprise. They finally got their noses far enough out of DuhWon's rear to hear what is going on!

Rand Paul Is Having Plumbing Issues, Blames Energy Department
By Erik Hayden Mar 10, 2011

“You don’t care about the consumer really...Frankly, my toilets don’t work in my house, and I blame you.”

—Senator Rand Paul, directing his ire about his malfunctioning personal appliances toward the Energy Department in a hearing of the Senate Committee on Energy and Natural Resources on Thursday. He later circled back to the subject, chastising the Energy Department for inefficient product standards. “We don’t even save any money,” he said. “We have to flush the toilet 10 times before it works.”
