MANCHESTER, N.H. — A day after Donald Trump raised questions about President Barack Obama’s citizenship, Rudy Giuliani on Friday swatted down the "birthers" as a waste of time, saying it's "clear" the president was born in America.
The former New York City mayor — making his first trip to New Hampshire of the 2012 presidential cycle as he weighs another run for the White House — made the comments to POLITICO just before he spoke at the Manchester GOP Lincoln Day dinner here.
"He's born in the United States, I don't see any real question about that," Giuliani said. "And even if some people have some doubts in the back of their minds it's really too late and futile. ... We have so many more important things to talk about."

What does matter is whether he or his mother expatriated him, where his father is from and whether he was a citizen or not, and anything else that goes to the matter of LOYALTY.
We aren't free when a man who is not loyal to our nation rules us. This is precisely why the Founders put that clause in the Constitution: no foreign despot was going to be brought in to rule over them because he would have no qualms about treating the populace ruthlessly.
Which is exactly what Barack Hussein Obama Soetoro Whatever is doing.
What Giuliani is saying is that the constitutional crime the Kenyan Impostor committed is too large to prosecute.

You notice Rudy did not have the cojones to confront Trump head on. He does not want the Rosie O’Donnell Ghetto beatdown. It would appear that neither does anybody in the MSM as I have not heard even Miss Chrissy Matthews open his yap about The Donald today.
Rudy Guiliani needs to go home and retire. He is no conservative. He ran a sanctuary city, his law firm represented that Mexican firm Cinta who was supposed to get the contract to run the Texas Corridor. Rudy is Mr. North American Union, Free Trade NWO. If you are a conservative run for the nearest exit. I could barf from it.

Like everyone else, Rudy is blowing smoke and intentionally circumventing a very important reality — Hussein’s old man was NEVER a US citizen.
This means that Hussein is NOT a natural born citizen.
