When a good portion of Americans wake up to the facts of the DMV (Department of Motor Vehicles) non-disclosure regarding what IS a motor vehicle and what is not a motor vehicle, along with the true definitions of the associated words shared below, they will realize that all acts are voluntary AND who actually has the true power. (Not the usurpers!)

Wow, well let’s see. I started researching commercial vehicle jurisdiction issues... counting... 24 years ago. I have forgotten more than you know, grasshopper.

Roads that go unused for 2 years quite often fall back under imminent domain to the owner(s), usually one on each side. Law doesn't appear to be your strong point. At least 3 legal errors in your post.

Yeah, eminent domain, and yeah I have actually lived on property that was reclaimed when an Interstate dissected a road making it unusable. I wish I had better news for ya, but generally speaking roads are right of ways across private property. Law isn’t my strong suit though, my wife will attest to that vigorously.

Registering and titling motor vehicles has been my job for 5 years and I have no idea what you are going on about here.
Licensing fees basically go to maintain the roads and bridges that we all drive on (or ride on as passengers, take your pick). In my state, each county collects its own road & bridge taxes based on the population. Higher fees in more populated counties.
I’ve never had a customer question the necessity of licensing their vehicle although I have had a few kooks who simply want to rant about something because they are having a bad day.
Aren’t there more important things to get all excited about?
