Short ribs usually refer to beef short ribs (which are cut from the same primal area as ribeye steaks and prime rib), rather than any sort of pork ribs or beef spare ribs.
I don’t really care for them, myself, but they are considered top notch eating by many.

Remember, Ohaha raised a whopping $750 million for his 2008 presidential bid----- purportedly from "anonymous foreign donors" who flooded his 2008 campaign with hundreds of thousands of relatively small, untraceable illegal donations.
Two years in office----Obama's got zillions stashed offshore (looted from the US Treasury during the infamous trillion dollar "bailouts").
Reminds me of the excellent book---"Flawless"-----about the half a $$$billion Antwerp diamond heist. The crooks couldn't spend it, of course, without calling attention to themselves. So they had to invent a highly visible money-maker to account for their spending.......they pretended a multi-million dollar movie deal about their heist was in the works.
