Pig & a poke: Rep. King threat racist, too

WASHINGTON -- The threatening package containing a bloody pig's foot sent to Rep. Pete King (R-LI) was as much a racist assault as it was religious hate mail, The Post has learned.
The rambling note accompanying the porcine parcel proclaimed that "white bitches" would soon be naming their sons Mohammed, said a Capitol Hill source.
The note contained anti-Semitic slurs, called the pig's foot a "Jew foot," taunted "kiss my black Muslim ass," and said King -- who is Catholic -- was targeted because of hearings he held on the radicalization of Muslim Americans.
King, chairman of the House Homeland Security Committee, received numerous threats over the hearings and has been getting additional security.
The congressman's office would not comment on the threatening package other than to say it was cooperating with the investigation and referred questions to the Capitol Police.
US Postal Service screeners intercepted the package Monday at a postal facility before it reached King's office at the Capitol.

But I thought that Muslims can’t even LOOK at a pig. In England some banks stopped giving out piggy banks because they thought it would offend Muslims. Not to mention changing the story “The 3 little pigs” to “The 3 little dogs” or removing a plastic pig from children’s farm toys. Did this Muslim kill himself after touching a pig’s foot?
The “acting out” and the anger between former friends is really scary. One of our friends, whom we met every morning at the coffee shop, went off the deep end last week, shouting and screaming and stamping her feet as she rushed out, shouting about our governor.
Of course this is Wisconsin, her husband is a teacher, and they have been demonstrating in Madison every weekend.
Clearly this is Pastor Terry Jones’s fault.
Nice. Just as the reaction to Terry Jones’ Koran burning demonstrated his point, now this proves the need for Peter King’s hearings.
I think maybe we need to try harder to provoke Muslim outrage, rather than handling them with kid gloves. The more we get them to take off the mask, the more likely America will wake up to the threat before it’s too late.

Muslims can do ANY normally prohibited activity if it is done in furtherance of Jihad. This is why the 9/11 hijackers could bang strippers and do cocaine every night with no qualms.
I’ll bet That was a shocker. Very bizarre. It’s as if everyone has lost their mind and they believe it is appropiate to act out.
More of the, ‘we’re all peaceful, and if you suggest any of us are not, we’ll threaten to kill you’.
