Hawaii either through forethought or incompetence has muddied the waters about BHOzo’s alleged birth there...from HDOH statments to Abercrumb to this ignorant AG spokesperson saying you cant get a copy of your long form..its clear either Hawaii is incompetent or taking into acocunt their sudden change to try and say long forms were no longer available and even changing procedures -indicates they are part of a plan to hide the LF...the people of the US have a tangible interest in BHO’s birth and any judge that says otherwise is lying through their teeth.

Former Director Fukino made 2 public statements violating her own state law. She must submit documentation for her statements that:
“I, Dr. Chiyome Fukino, director of the Hawai’i State Department of Health, have seen the original vital records maintained on file by the Hawai’i State Department of Health verifying Barrack Hussein Obama was born in Hawai’i and is a natural-born American citizen. I have nothing further to add to this statement or my original statement issued in October 2008 over eight months ago....”
Here is the HI Statute 338 —— “The department shall not permit inspection of public health statistics records, or issue a certified copy of any such record or part thereof, unless it is satisfied that the applicant has a direct and tangible interest in the record.”
Fukino must show documentation, she refuses.
Then, Jill T. Nagamine, Deputy Attorney General for the State of Hawaii, had made it clear that her office will not corroborate or back in any way the July 27, 2009 Statement of Dr. Chiyome Fukino, Director of the Hawaii Department of Health, which declared Obama Hawaiian-born and a “natural-born American citizen.”
Then former Gov Lingle sent out a form letter stating it’s illegal for her to verify where Obambi was born....

“It’s been an odd situation... This issue kept coming up so much in the campaign, and again I think it’s one of those issues that is simply a distraction from the more critical issues that are facing the country... So I had my health director, who is a physician by background, go personally view the birth certificate in the birth records of the Department of Health, and we issued a news release at that time saying that the president was, in fact, born at Kapi’olani Hospital in Honolulu, Hawaii. And that’s just a fact and yet people continue to call up and e-mail and want to make it an issue and I think it’s again a horrible distraction for the country by those people who continue this.”
LIE. No birth hospital was ever mentioned by Fukino. In addition, isn’t she breaking the law now?
Hawaii open records law requires anyone can request a non-certified copy of Zero’s short form certification of live birth, because he claimed to have published it online, the public statements made by officials, and the “scintilla of public interest” — even confidential records, that interest outweighed any privacy protections.
The point that people need to remind themselves, and in argument with the Obots, is that although the certification of live birth short form is constantly brought up by the media and officials in a way that says, “it’s all he would have been issued..”

Zero’s on the HI birth registry/index yet probably incomplete documentation, no prima facie evidence of birth in Hawaii, no complete long form birth certificate, and he’s in their records as (thousands?) historically were put on born abroad because of loose Hawaii laws to inflate population to earn state status and government money.

The HDOH says there is nothing written down regarding their computer data entry or processing procedures or policies. Not even any training materials. Nothing.
They would have us believe they fly by the seat of their pants on EVERYTHING. Yet this is supposed to be an accountable form of government that answers to the law with transparency.
I wish I could help you. God knows I’ve tried to get some of these answers. He also knows what the HDOH has been doing in response. They will answer for it someday.

She knows it. She’s been told repeatedly by people asking for the records as UIPA requires her to release.
Just like she knew the HDOH Administrative Rules were required to be posted on the HDOH website at all times - especially after being told that by requesters for about a month.
What Tim Adams’ affidavit said about Fukino is exactly right: she is lying and covering up. They know what the laws say. They just refuse to obey.

What Obama produced back in 2008 is the COLB, which is the standard form a requester of HI birth records would get.

At this point there are 4 reasons that Hawaii law actually REQUIRES his birth certificate to be disclosed - albeit a CERTIFIED birth certificate can only be disclosed to someone who has a “direct and tangible interest”.

1) He already claims to have published his COLB so there is no longer any privacy exemption to disclosure that applies.
2) There is a “scintilla” of public interest which outweighs any privacy exemptions if they existed.
3) The HDOH Director already made a public statement regarding what is on those records, and any records created and maintained for the purpose of informing the public are automatically public records. When Fukino stated that she had seen the vital records verifying that Obama was born in Hawaii that automatically made all those records public - regardless of any privacy interests - because the public has to have a way of holding their public officials accountable to the truth.
4) the HDOH Administrative Rules - which Fukino illegally hid until a year after the election - say that anybody who asks for it can receive a NON-CERTIFIED copy of any abbreviated BC (COLB) in their office. Unfortunately, Hawaii is not following their rules or laws these days. Apparently not even the judges. (sigh)
Everything these people are saying about how the records CAN’T be disclosed because the law forbids it is UTTER BS. The laws actually REQUIRE disclosure of the records.
Unfortunately, you are still correct that contacting their office won’t make any difference, because they are not following laws and rules at this point. Actually haven’t been for the last 3 years.
And that is why this issue needs to be resolved. This isn’t about Obama; it’s about the rule of law and whether our government can lie to us on the most basic, menial things right up to the largest, most wide-sweeping things. If they can lie and break laws on everything, then this nation is sunk.

As per #34, HI law forbids giving out this document.

That might depend on what kind of vital records they were. She wants us to think it was Alvin Onaka, but as with everything there is probably a reason why she is not coming right out and saying that.
A colleague is trying to get answers on that question, and the last I knew was getting nothing but obfuscation.
