Someone has already researched this whole index issue and it didn’t come out lilywhite from what I remember.
As the son of a U.S. citizen mother, he’d have been able to live in the U.S. and get welfare services even if had a Kenyan birth certificate.
You can bet the Liberal RINO GOP and the Liberal RINO Talk/News Media in the tank for Obama...will use this as proof
All it proves is that Barack Hussein Obama has a Long Form Birth Certificate....and needs to be released
Anyone preventing access to it, or attacking Birthers, is helping Obama

Barak H. Obama wasn’t in the index files back in early 2008. Once he was Democratic candidate Obama things changed. It is from the index files that the computer-generated listing originates.
I’m sure you can bring truth to this author’s audacious claims.
Conservatives fail to analyze what Obi gains. He has calculated.
I guess that his calculations are:
1. Resources spent on the BC are not available for other issues. So long as attention and money go for the birth certificate, they reduce attention on healthcare insurance and tax reform. Obi counts this as a plus.
2. Obi calculates that no matter what he releases will be attacked as fraudulent. Whatever the chain of custody from the “original”, it will be discounted. Every imaginable conspiracy, using the CIA and FBI, will be invoked. Obi is probably right in this calculation.
3. Obi calculates that no court, not SCOTUS, will ever rule against a sitting President as the leader of the country. SCOTUS is constrained by Art 2, Sec. 4 in the Constitution. And even in the Nixon era, as I have read, there was never a 2/3 vote for impeachment. Obi surely calculates this correctly.
4. Obi calculates that Art. IV, Sec 1—the full faith and credit paragraph in the Constitution—will assure that whatever document that Hawaii releases has to be accepted. Obi is no friend of States Rights. IMHO, court cases about this will erode states rights. Obi calculates this as a plus.
Maybe there are other benefits that Obi gains?
The only way to win on the BC issue is to make his calculations come false.
Every Supreme Court Justice, every Senator, every Representative, and even Vice President Biden is violating their oath of office by not demanding Obama prove his eligibility to be in the office of the President of the United States of America under the Constitution. I will not soon forget this, and I will not vote again for any of them who do not press this issue. They are dodging the issue by saying that there is nothing in the Constitution to provide for enforcing this provision. That's nonsense!
Call the man on it. Tell him he is subject to impeachment under that provision unless the man shows proof he is eligible. Remember this when you vote next. Perhaps if we do, we might get some patriots, some defenders of the Constitution and not just more of the same, as we we have now. Think of it this way; Would Benjamin Franklin, James Madison, John Adams, George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, and the like stood by and let this man thumb his nose at the people, or would they have done something. I guarantee they he wouldn't have pulled this off on those men. If he is eligible, make him prove it. Everybody else has. If you don't do anything else, vote accordingly.
The problem with the Post&E-Mail article is the author assumes the democraps and federal government in general cares about truth. They care about wmpoering themselves. We The People are no longer the sovereigns of this once flourishing Republic, because the Constitution which establish the Republic is no longer anything more than a ‘work around’ the Pirate Roberts and his eight black-robed oligarchs interpret when they see fit and how they see fit for whom they serve ... and they are proving they do not serve We The People.

The birth certificate should be sealed....he was adopted by Lolo Soetoro, that is why it cannot be seen. That’s by take anyway. I thought all adopted childrens birth records were sealed and can only be opened by that adopted individual.
If you check the index printout in the AP picture, you will notice three things. 1. The list looks newly printed. The paper shows no sign of aging. 2. The name above Barack Obama has “duplicate” beside it. 3. There is no duplicate name listed. Normally, it would be where Obama’s name appears?

The forger was trying to be politically correct and not offend anyone by using “Negro” or “Negroid” for Obama, Sr’s race.
Speaking of Obama, Sr.... again, I ask the question: “Why is baby Barack Hussein Obama identified as “II” (the second) on the forged CERTIFICATION Of Live Birth? That suffix is traditionally reserved for a male who is named after a male of the same name who is NOT his father, i. e. his grandfather or an uncle.

Some have thought that since the long form BC hasnt been shared, there are no Hawaii Dept of Health records on Obama’s birth. Not only are there such records, but they have been in there since before Aug 13th 1961...

My fear is that so much emphasis is going to be placed on the LFBC that if it is ever released and BHO Sr is the listed father then people will say “what’s the big deal he was born in Hawaii....good enough for me” and forget all about NBC status.
I remember seeing this list posted before on FR, perhaps by John Charleton or Sharon Roundeau. It was a multiple-page post. Names of children were listed in sections with corresponding dates above each section (i.e., Jan 1961-June, 1961). I specifically remember that the list with BO’s name on it was the only section with no corresponding date heading, which served to ‘debunk’ this inforamtion as being altered.
Wasnt that Roger Calero....who the media never vetted and he was definitely not a Natural Born Citizen but we heard nothing about his status when he was on the ticket.

The “AFRICAN” designation certainly is the smoking gun as far as I am concerned.
Wouldnt it be quite simple just to get another black born baby’s certificate to see what it said back then.
I am certain that there were black military babies born in Hawaii at that time?
