Two women are charged after a video showing a brutal attack on a teenage girl at a Baltimore-area McDonald's restaurant surfaced on the internet Friday.
According to the Baltimore Sun, police have charged a 14-year-old girl as a juvenile, and charges are pending for her 18-year-old accomplice. The attack reportedly occurred April 18 at the 6300 Kenwood McDonalds location.
The Sun is also reporting that States Attorney Scott D. Shellenberger says that the assault may be classified as a hate crime because the attackers were both black, and the victim white.
The video, which was uploaded to LiveLeak.com, shows two black females kicking, punching and slapping a white female who at one point starts to have a seizure. Restaurant employees could be seen watching the fight and adding their own splash of commentary to the shocking scene, but only once half-heartedly trying to help the victim. One employee is even heard laughing.

Teen? No, 22.
Female? No, transgender.
The perps should be sent away for quite a while, and McDonalds ought to pay big bucks to the victim.
That is an astute observation on the writers part! As I see the video, the entire staff should be charged with hate crimes, not just the two low life females who did the beating.
Wrong, wrong, wrong. The guy wasn't attacked because he was white; he was attacked because he was a cross-dressing fag who sneaked into a women's restroom. I suppose if you wanted to get technical you could say that women in general "hate" men who broach the privacy of their restroom use, but by that criterion anything can be a hate crime. The whole notion of "hate crimes" needs to be put to bed.
Exactly...
The 22 year old pervert transvestite lurking in the women’s restroom got his ass whooped by a 14 year old girl...
It will be real interesting to see how the hierarchy of victimhood plays out here.
The real loser will be the one with the deepest pocktets, McDonald’s! New bathrooms for every non-male /non-female sexual identity, a multi-million dollar contribution to gay groups and a big fat settlement for the beating. Just watch
McDonalds should be closing that franchise. Punish the entire crew for that disgraceful display/assault! There are no words to describe my horror at the callous display of indecency to the human race. That person just came to buy food for cryin’ out loud. Why was a beating part of the deal?
Female? No, male.
No amount of real or imagined racisim and hate can excuse this type of barbarism. These people have done more to distroy the image and trust of their race than and racist alive can accomplish. What self distruction and self hatred.
Okay. Didn’t know transgender was part of the deal but was beating a person within an inch of life necessary? I still think this franchise should be closed immediately...period.
And just because we point out the truth about the victim, doesn’t make it an endorsement of what happened. Whoever did should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. I just don’t want to see it used to make our society any more PC than it already is.

Guy was a transgendered freak who may have tried to get into the womans bathroom
hard to tell where I stand with this so far
A human being was on the ground, curled up in a fetal position, desperately trying to protect himself — and two other human beings ran up and kicked the victim in the head multiple times —
and you are thinking about maybe siding with the kickers?

... and McDonalds ought to pay big bucks to the victim.

Uh, why would that be?
Sooo . . . It “might be classified as a hate crime”. Let me guess - that’s because the victim was White?
Are the transgendered included among Holder’s People?
Well they are part of Obama's base.
