Photos showing three dead bodies at Osama bin Laden's compound were sold to Reuters by a Pakistani security official. Reuters has copyrighted the pictures so won't allow us to publish them, however they are claiming that the photos do not show weapons.

The photos are very close up to the bodies, so one wouldn't expect to see any weapons. You mostly see a close up of the upper half of the men's bodies, not much around them or even their lower half.
However, one of the dead men seems to be laying on a toy water pistol.
Unless I miss my mark, I'm pretty sure that's what this zoomed crop of the original shows. It's the standard green gun, with what looks like an orange sighting. Similar water guns are sold at any 99 cents store.
I did a Google image search of "water gun" and nearly all of them were green with many of them having orange trim. And a Google search adding Pakistan to the equation suggests many of these toys are in fact made in Pakistan.
Maybe he reached for the water gun?
Just like a jihadi, bringing a water pistol to an assault rifle fight!
As a bonus, the same picture shows a number of computer cable wires which have been disconnected. Visual evidence that we now have bin Laden's computer in our custody.

We will never know the whole story. But, the photos are curious.
I have a hard time believing those guys where shot and searched there. I see no boot imprints from blood on the ground.
Any person walking around that area would have picked up blood from the bodies and from searching the compound.
Curious.

I am with you, Pat Tillman was shot three times in the face by plainclothes soldiers on our side(aka Delta or other SpecOps). So "Friendly fire" is technically correct but it was no accident. It's no secret he was due to come back home and he was not happy, much like the cluster f*ck that was Vietnam 1968, Afghanistan was\is a confusing morass of non specific goals and sometimes conflicting orders and Pat Tillman was very disillusioned.
You know, I don’t care if OBL was buck naked and standing there with his hands behind his head and yelling in clear plain English “I SURRENDER”.
He got what was coming to him! End of story!

He falls on some kids toy and the story is fabricated that he was armed with a water gun.
One soul in the neighborhood is reported to have heard the helicopters go in, the subsequent firefight in the compound, and the departure without knowing what it was about as he twittered about it to his friends. Remember, those folk overseas DO NOT LIKE THE US.

Being of the same mentality as the left-wing control-freak Brit Socialists, I bet the Nanny-state order Obama gave was if Osama was caught with even a TOY gun, or was found to be RUNNING with SCISSORS in hand, he was to be summarily shot and killed.
Of course, these are the rules which they would foist on ALL of us if they could get away with it.
