Let me know if you would like to be on or off the ping list

The MSM is merely the handmaiden of the Dems.
I’ve often wondered how much additional support Dems. such as Obama get, because the Dems. are the party of the mass media.
Obama won election with 52% of the popular vote, to Mc Cain getting 45%. About 3% went for all others.
If the media coverage gave Obama a 5% boost, that 5% was enough to swing the last election.
The media, with fawning coverage of Obama, combined with savaging the opposition, may well have enough pull to swing elections.
How are NBC, ABC, CBS, N.Y. TIMES, CNN, et. al. any different than Pravda back in the days of the old Soviet Union?
Everyone of them is willing to trade control over content for access. They deserve to fail.
They’re worse than Pravda in the USSR because the regular Russians knew that Pravda was nothing but communist gov propaganda.
In the US many people still think that the various MSM outlets are “news”.
If the MSM was half leftstist and half conservative, or even just free for all, trying to actually report anything factually, Zero would never have won. Not a chance.
